From the first call with Katie, working with Terry (General Manager), and Richard in Finance, everyone has been professional, helpful, and understanding of our special circumstances. No mention of this until the next day, which means they probably wrecked it moving it with their challenged IQ's. After a TON of run around they had our RV for 5 MONTHS. At one point, we went in to see what was going io and nobody even knew where it was. One of the salesmen had to drive around and look for it. It was tucked away in the back on their lot. This is quite frankly unacceptable. There is no communication, there is one excuse after another, and nothing seems to get done until you throw a fit. On a recent trip, one of the things they fixed turns out wasn't fixed properly so back we go. Again after 5 weeks this time and the same runaround, they say they finally have it complete. But now, here is the kicker. Due to an error on their part, they are telling us due to an error on they made, they won't release our RV until we pay them $7,000. Yes, you read that right. They told us at the time (a year ago) that the claim on our warranty was approved so we paid the deductible and considered the matter closed. Apparently, they lied and the claim was not approved and expected us to pay for the work. This is the most SHADY business practice I have ever seen!!!! We will NEVER give Holiday World another penny of our money. We have hit our limit.

He specifically said it was the main consideration. We agree on a 12 year old RV and a 5k down payment on 9995.00. Ok. Except they wanna try the bank, against my wishes and request. Wasted a whole day and several people's time and energy only to be told I have no credit. Then the owner refuses to owner finance. Keep in mind I have the best local references, I've been at my job for 7 years, I make more than enough money and 5k down probably covers what they have in the thing. Six months after I purchased it, I brought it back in because I found a wet spot on the carpet in the corner of my slide. They had it for a month, and told me they couldn't find a leak. Two years later, I see water dripping from my ceiling. I pull the paneling from my ceiling, and the wood is completely rotten to the point that I can stick my finger completely through my roof. The damage is in the exact location where the wet carpet was at. The amount of mold was completely insane. My son and I live in this RV, so needless to say, im extremely upset. I called Chad, who is the Service manager. He quickly told me demontrond is going to do absolutely nothing to fix the issue. I took my RV to a different shop. It's going to cost me $10,000 out of my pocket to fix. Insurance won't cover it because the leak is two years old. So demontrond really screwed me on this.
