Hermes used a specialty product that he custom formulates for your specific floors, and he gladly adjusted samples until I was completely satisfied. He created the perfect match, and more than four years later, my red oak floors still look amazing. I recently called Hermes again to correct a job done by my contractor's flooring sub. They had installed new white oak floors and refinished them, but the finished result was full of debris, bubbles, sander marks, and uneven wavy patterns that they blamed on "bad subflooring." I needed the floors redone properly, so I called Hermes for help. Within 36 hours, he had his crew here, and they corrected every single issue. The floors are now flawless -- smooth, clean, perfectly finished, and not a speck of debris anywhere. What impressed me even more was Hermes himself.
