He only asks for their credit card and driver's license, not their insurance, not their collision deductible. I have automatic rental insurance through my American Express, and he wouldn't even listen about that. I couldn't get a hold of a human at my insurance company because it was a Saturday evening. An hour later, I finally got a hold of Priceline and they refunded the non-refundable reservation because Evan wouldn't rent me the vehicle. I had to call my son to come back and pick me up. Luckily he had stopped to eat, so he was only 30 min away instead of an hour. I have NEVER been treated like that before at a car rental. I will never do business with Dollar rental again!!
