We missed our flight and immediately contacted them to let them know that we are behind by two hours. The rate was 550. After we arrived they billed us close to a 1,000 dollars. We asked our hotel to contact them and they claimed the driver was there three hours before as per an email they sent to The hotel. They admitted to me that this was a bold faced lie in a text.
