He asked me to text him my full name, email, and address, and within minutes confirmed my appointment and indicated that he'd call me when he was on the way. He showed me where I had some roots growing into the tank and recommended I run some root killer through the system which I ordered that day. He also gave me some maintenance tips. He wrote out a paper receipt, and to my surprise I also received a thank-you email and electronic invoice shortly after he left.
