I had the same experience as another reviewer here. This company ghosted me after taking the time to come to my house and take measurements for new windows and an entry way door. They were the first showroom I visited and absolutely would have continued with them. I called several times and left messages with someone from the company. I emailed a few times asking for a quote. No reply. So bizarre. It's ok though, I took my $43k business to Monks in Morristown who have been much more professional. read more

I ended up emailing texting calling, leaving voice messages and never got a response from the company. It's really frustrating that they wasted my time. I have contracted with RWC Windows, Doors, and More to install new windows and a patio door for my condo unit. I was given a cost-free estimate of products, prices, and service. Eric followed all my condo rules and regulations and ensured that all the covenants and restrictions imposed by the Condo Board were certified. The installers were prompt, careful, and well organized. My windows and doors were perfectly fitted and looked beautiful. During a particularly windy day, I noticed that my patio door was not tight enough. I called RWC and they were most accommodating. They immediately made an appointment and promptly dispatched their installer who rectified the problem. Chris was prompt and thorough and explained the quick fix that it took to rectify the issue. Several of the screens installed by RWC in my home don't close correctly resulting in bugs etc coming into the window (not to mention that the bugs come right through the screens as well.) I contacted the company twice before anyone responded. Finally Anthony came to my home on Thursday 8/15/19. He said he would get back to me later that day after contacting the company that makes the screens. I never heard back from him. I text him again on Tuesday 8/20/19 to follow-up - no response. I called the company several times after that with no return calls. Eventually I was told that the screens were "on order" and they would call me when they came in, but I never received a call again. I called again and each time was told: "Let me check into this. We'll call you back shortly." My last call was on March 3rd and, again, they never called back. 7 months have gone by: I have no new screens, no return calls and a disgust for how this company treats its customers. Several of my neighbors also told me that the windows RWC installed in their homes leak. Take your business elsewhere.... read more

Our very large front single pane bow window needed to be replaced many years ago, but we decided against it after having various window people over the years give us astronomical estimates. A close friend of mine highly recommended RWC and boy am I glad I asked her! We knew we were dealing with a highly professional company the moment I called them. Ashley is very efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable- we obtained an appointment right away. Eric is not only professional and knowledgeable, but he is a genuinely kind and respectful person. He went out of his way to make sure we received 5 star service from start to finish. We shared our concerns and he delivered on each and every one of them. We felt so comfortable with his advice, that we trusted his window recommendation without even looking at other options or calling other companies!
