Unfortunately, our recent visit with Dr. Fishkind was an awful experience and, without question, the worst interaction I have ever had with a doctor. He was completely dismissive of our concerns and implied that we were overreacting. His behavior toward both my preteen daughter and me was extremely rude and lacking any empathy. Parents do not bring their children to urgent care lightly. We were there because our child was in pain and needed prompt medical attention, yet Dr. Fishkind made us feel as though we were wasting his time. The experience was humiliating and deeply upsetting. After reading other reviews, it is clear there is a consistent pattern of similar behavior from this doctor--dismissiveness and misdiagnosis. It is disappointing and surprising that PM Pediatrics appears to have taken no action to address this issue. PM Pediatrics used to be a reliable and excellent option when our pediatrician was unavailable. After this experience, we will not be returning.

As someone who has been in the process of looking for a primary care physician, I have been to…read morenumerous urgent cares in Jersey. This one has been, by far, one of my top two favorites. I walked in without an appointment, and the doctor was able to see me about a half hour after checking in (mask is required upon entry). I was having concerns with my skin, and the doctor was very attentive, patient, and helpful as she listened and shared her advice. I would definitely recommend this place and come here again.
