Dr. Bancroft is such a great addition to my health team. I…read morewas initially skeptical about the services when I first heard about it as it sounded too good to be true. I signed up anyways as the location was convenience and I've been frustrated with the waiting for an appt and waiting to be seen at every doctor's office/visit. I signed up and was encouraged to schedule a meeting so that Dr. Bancroft can get to know me. I've been there twice now for myself and have appreciated every thing about this office and staff. The wait to see doctor is barely a min or two after your scheduled appointment time. Jillian who works with Dr. Bancroft is always nice and welcoming as well when you first come in. Dr. Bancroft really spends a lot of time with you and you definitely do not feel rushed at all. He takes his time to explain everything to you. I appreciate his bedside manner and how thorough he is in considering all the possible reasons. They have an app that you can access your medical record, they also have an electronic messaging system that is HIPAA compliance where you can "text" the doctor/staff. I've tried to reach them for illness questions as well as scheduling and found this to be extremely helpful; the staff has been very responsive too. This office just opened in the last few months in a new building so things are newer and nice. There is designated parking in their garage under the building - which is a plus in that area. I've recommended Dr. Bancroft to a few coworkers as well as family members. I'm so glad that we (my family) now has access to a great doctor and services.

Today a cordiology visit. This should be fairly simple. This morning I removed the heart monitor…read morethat I had on the last two weeks. And here today to get a new one put on for the next two weeks. 2 weeks ago when they put the monitor on me to wear. I realize it's something you don't just get use to wearing. I was always wondering what readings of my heart it is transmitting. It's stressful in itself. But it is what was necessary to get to the bottom of why I am having multiple silent strokes. There is only one review for this place. I personally have not had any issues with billing or any doctors coming in my 2 visits. My bill is clear and correct. The doctors and nurses have listened to me when I share how I been feeling between appointments. In the hospital they couldn't give me an explanation of anything that could be triggering my body. Since my first visit here, and this review bring my 2nd visit. I feel confident some type of explanation will be found. I used valet for the 2nd time. They charge the same fee as the parking lot directly across the street. But you spend couple more dollars for tip. It's worth it, considering the parking lot fills up fast with people that work in the area. Melissa who put the transmitting device on me is extremely nice and great at her job. Since I've had choices of which location I wanted to go to. I'm glad I picked this office.

(((NO STARS))) What…read morea bunch of imbeciles in their billing department. Today, I received a bill. The bill was for the entire amount of a service I had no idea that was preformed. WHY!!!!! They claim I called in and supplied them with bogus insurance info. Not true, I never heard of these people nor had any idea they were involved in my surgery, so why would I ever call them? On their bill, no date of service, no doctor name, just an amount of $128.00 overdue by 30 days. If you wanna get paid..... try billing correctly! DUHHHHHHHHHHHHH

A modern facility with a wide range of services and excellent quality of care. The outpatient…read moresurgery unit runs like a well-oiled machine, and the staff seem very organized and efficient. My only complaint is that the collections process feels a bit overzealous. They start calling patients for payment days before the service is even provided. It can feel a little pushy.

On July 4th, 2025, my brother was admitted to RWJBH presenting with a heart attack. He was seen on…read morethat day and it was unclear whether he had a heart attack according to the doctor who saw him on July 4. He was told he needed a heart MRI and that it would be scheduled but they didn't know when he would be taken for the heart MRI. The next day, July 5, we asked when it would be scheduled. The nurses said they didn't know because there was no one there who could perform it. On July 6, I begged again to get this done. Same response. July 7 late in the day, he finally got the MRI. On July 8 at 4:45 the MRI was still not read. I called the hospital customer satisfaction team and someone promptly handled this and it was read and he was released with medication prescriptions in 15 minutes. If I had not involved customer satisfaction, he would have had to stay yet another night. How can this be ethical? Five days with the room charge in excess of $20,000 per day not including other charges!!! An unnecessary number of days in the hospital because they didn't have the staff to conduct the MRI or read the MRI in a timely manner. He was not seen by a cardiologist after being seen on day 1 until his discharge. Additionally, there were issues in not notifying that a bill was rendered (online in a portal) and needed to be paid. Notification came in the mail 6 months later from an agency the hospital uses to collect payment. I had to request an itemized bill. I filed an appeal but was denied with the reason that based on his insurance, he was responsible for 40% (which we already knew and understood). Obviously the facts above were ignored and not addressed.
