He called me the next day to tell me the mother board was cooked, and that would be another $400 plus labor. Based on what he told me I decided to buy another laptop and have him do a data transfer. He informed me that would cost another $125.00 and if i wanted it done in less than a week that would be another $90.00. I felt this was way over the top and paid him the $50,00 bench charge and took my stuff. I went to another repair center in Biddeford Maine (Welch's) he told me there was nothing wrong with my mother board, and that with labor replacing the screen in total would be $166,00. Kennebunk Computer owner is a scam artist, a fraud and a thief. I would refer people to Peter Welch in Biddeford and stay clear of this character all together.

He has installed and repaired several of my appliances. Last year he installed my new gas stove 2 days before Thanksgiving. He tested for gas leaks prior to leaving and it was negative. The following day, I was about to travel to NJ and still smelled rotten eggs. I asked if that was normal - absolutely not. He was at my house within minutes. The problem was the gas valve itself (bad, old style) and when I moved the stove back in place, it caused a leak. Nothing he did wrong. He fixed it and tested it to ensure safety. This made it so my animals were safe in the home while we were gone. I can't imagine what would've happened if he weren't so responsive! I had the faulty valve replaced as soon as I returned. Always grateful.

A few hours later the actual technician who knows about computers calls me and says he reseted it and its been a few weeks and its been working since. The next day i walk in and the guy says hes gonna press charges if i walk in again. I think he got a little threatened by my brother. I hope they can do better in the future.

They have helped me add more laptops to my studio while still on a budget by building me a refurbished unit. More recently I had an error message come up on my laptop and before I clicked anything I called them up to tell them what the message said and how I should handle it. I was told I would have to bring the laptop in for them to work on. They were able to save the hard drive and I was already sent up for automatic backups with them so everything was safe. I did have to buy a new laptop with the help of the nerds on what I should be looking for. I then dropped the new laptop off with them and they got everything up and loaded on it for me with all my old "stuff" so I was ready to go. I highly recommend using them for any IT!

They were quick to offer solutions, punctual and performed a great cleanup at the end of every day. I am so happy with all of the work they did and the fair no nonsense pricing. Over the course of a couple of days they completely rewired my garage, installed and vented three bathroom fans and added recessed lighting to a bedroom. I will definitely be having them back to continue to cross home improvement projects off my to-do list.
