You can get a new computer at the big box stores and deal with the Geek Squads or return it when there's a glitch and they will send it out to be fixed for $$$$$. Or, you can go to a place that fixes your machine in house for a price you can afford and if it is old and beyond repair they will find you another computer that is affordable and works just fine. Nothing lasts forever and with so many nasty little viruses out there in cyberspace that are always lurking, one or two are bound to find their way in. I'm on my 4th used machine purchased from this company and will not go anywhere else. Thank you Boston Data!

I bought my first custom computer and printer from At Home back in 1998 and they have been the most personal, available and competent computer service in the tri state area. When I moved to metro west i tried local repair services but often they couldn't solve the problem and their prices were far from reasonable. I wound up calling At Home and they fixed my PC the same day and below all other competitors quotes. I have relied on them for finding me the best bang for the buck in laptops PC's Printers and accessories as well as memory and ram upgrades. As long as they stay in business they are the only service I need. you can't go wrong . they fixed some extreme hard drive crashes i've had and restored all my irreplacable photos and document files.I wouldn't trust my computers to anyone else. I have Windows 10, 8 7 & Xp computers and believe it or not the original Windows 98 SE computer i bought back in 1998 still running for certain applications. read more

I brought it back to him; and he told me that it would cost me a diagnostic fee for him to take a look at! I had already shelled out $140 bucks, and he wanted more money?? The laptop is only a year old, and he totally screwed it up! I finally brought it to another computer service company, and it turned out that it was only a software issue; which he had made worse by working on it! I called him at one point to ask him to provide documentation of his licenses, and he gave me the run around. This guy has no idea what he is doing!!! Stay away!!
