I met several stylist while I was there and each seemed to be bursting with positive energy. I soon met my stylist Andrea. She is very kind, compassionate, and understanding. She took time to listen. Walking into a new salon can feel intimidating--especially after having past experiences where stylists fried my thin, fine hair. But from the second I walked in, every single stylist looked like a model, yet they made me feel so welcome and hyped me up without even trying. An employee offered me a drink right away while I waited, and then I met Hannah. She was warm, professional, easy to talk to, and genuinely interested in helping me figure out a plan for my hair. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted, but she talked through everything with me and we landed on a cut and balayage that turned out better than I could've imagined. What made the experience even more special was the energy of the whole salon. Justyne (an owner and brow/skin specialist) popped in and included me in conversation with her and Hannah like I was part of the crew. Kelee, another owner, came over in between clients, cracking jokes and chatting with us.
