There's a steam room in each of the gender bathroom along with a shower. And a towel waiting in your locker. The waiting area is quaint and comfy. Lauren, the masseuse, called him in a little after 11:45a and ended the service before 12:13p. So it was kind of disappointing she didn't provide the full service time. The customer service of the front desk was impeccable. There was a bit of a misunderstanding of what was advertised to me when I booked the service but they were so patient as we figured it out. And made arrangements regarding the issue. The 2 ladies at the front desk were amazing!! Check this place out, there's a parking lot and they have the most adorable hand made jewelry in the spa lobby made by their very own staff.

They proceeded to give me a bowl with acetone in in and stuck my hands in the bowl. At this point, I should have just got up and left but as the lady was already working on my pedicure. The pedicure was average and she did not apply and base coat and I had to ask about the top coat. Also, no liner for the foot bath. Needless to say, this is 2 days post visit and 3 of my toenails and 1 of my nails have chipped (on average my nails last 2 weeks and toenails until the next visit). On a positive, the personnel were polite. I like to support local business and hope my visit was just an off day for them.

I tried several options from my dermatologist, but with mixed results at best, and I was hesitant to be on a long-term regimen of oral medication. I first met Laura after booking a facial on the recommendation of another friend, and it was the best, most thoughtful executed facial I had ever received. We had a great conversation where she really helped me understand my skin type, what is more likely to set it off, etc. I also started using her cleanser and moisturizer. I quickly began to see a difference. My acne decreased, and my skin didn't seem as "angry" - it was softer and less red. Over the next year or so, I had a series of facials with Laura and continued using her products. Incredibly, my skin issues essentially disappeared! Years later, I still use her products, and I have continued to have great results. I will always have sensitive skin, but it's smooth, soft and 99% free of breakouts. One last thing about her cleanser: it is so gentle that even if it gets in my eyes, it doesn't sting at all. I still can't believe something that mild could also be so effective, but it is. All in all, great services and great products - highly, highly recommend!
