The sandals were at least five sizes too small for me, and I was told to try to squeeze my toes in because I couldn't use the steam room or shower without them. There was no chance I could get them on. The massage that followed was, by spa standards, well below average. I get massages regularly from an LMP and others that this massage didn't come close to matching. Then there was someone talking in the hotel that was carrying through the ventilation or something. And to top it off, she used a greasy oil on the back of my neck. You never use greasy oil on the back of a man's neck! A shower was now critical to get the oil off my neck and out of my hair. Sorry, I didn't use the sandals! But I was paid back for that transgression by having to take a lukewarm shower. I ended up leaving immediately afterward to go home and take a real shower.

Dianne was able to get my nails back to their former glory, as I need Acrylic overlay with gel on top bc I am rough with my hands at home and gardening. I was also pleasantly surprised that she was able to do a design I saved on my phone with no hesitation. I met several stylist while I was there and each seemed to be bursting with positive energy. I soon met my stylist Andrea. She is very kind, compassionate, and understanding. She took time to listen. My hair was dull, damaged, and black at the ends. *Never dye your own hair black After carefully examining my hair and devising a plan, she began to work her magic. The end result was amazing! I have a wonderful flattering cut and dye that blends with my other colors. My hair feels healthy and silky. It looks so shiny. My husband liked it too. I will definitely be back. She is careful, methodical, exacting. And the result is a flawless manicure that easily holds up for 3-4 weeks. Sarah does pedicures and is gifted at it. Her massages are phenomenally relaxing and she does a thorough, careful job on my toes. I can't recommend this place enough---even though they take walk-ins it's best to call ahead and schedule an appointment as they are popular and book out.

Lena was very thorough and beyond pleasant (constantly saying Please and Thank You). My feet look 100% better, and I will return if I need services my next visit. Laura's excellent services and products have completely changed my skin for the better!…read more As I entered my late 20s, I had extremely problematic skin: acne, blackouts, and easily prone to redness and irritation. I tried several options from my dermatologist, but with mixed results at best, and I was hesitant to be on a long-term regimen of oral medication. I first met Laura after booking a facial on the recommendation of another friend, and it was the best, most thoughtful executed facial I had ever received. We had a great conversation where she really helped me understand my skin type, what is more likely to set it off, etc. I also started using her cleanser and moisturizer. I quickly began to see a difference. My acne decreased, and my skin didn't seem as "angry" - it was softer and less red. Over the next year or so, I had a series of facials with Laura and continued using her products. Incredibly, my skin issues essentially disappeared! Years later, I still use her products, and I have continued to have great results. I will always have sensitive skin, but it's smooth, soft and 99% free of breakouts. One last thing about her cleanser: it is so gentle that even if it gets in my eyes, it doesn't sting at all. I still can't believe something that mild could also be so effective, but it is. All in all, great services and great products - highly, highly recommend!
