The staff are extremely friendly and professional, and the office is very clean and modern. The shopping center can be packed but there is convenient rooftop parking. I came to their office as an emergency appointment because my fixed retainer broke on the bottom and the loose wire was driving me crazy! The staff was able to squeeze me in to see Dr. Diana and she took the time to explain the process to me and what the next steps would be. She was very sweet and went above and beyond when it came down to fitting me with a new retainer when I still had deep cleaning to do (as the cleanings could potentially affect how the retainer would fit on my teeth). The new retainer was done within two days, which was a huge relief as I was concerned about my teeth shifting again. I never waited longer than a few minutes in the waiting room during the multiple visits I had, and the staff was great in getting everything through my insurance. dr. lismary sagarduy dmd, is a liar and a very bad dentist…read more on 05/05/26 she placed theee crowns on my front teeth. i went back today 05/06/2026 because my bite is way off, and my dentures will not fit, the narrow space, do to the crowns being too large. additionally all three crown hurt when i bite down without my, and my bite hurst both my upper and lower teeth. this lady argued that was my problem, the fact that they dont fit is not her problem. i now have 3 crowns, that hurt, unable to use my lower denture because now it does not fit, and it hurts. if you are considering going to this dental office, dont even think about it. i have contacted my attorney, and every day i am in pain, or unable to use my dentures in public, they will be held accountable in court .
