Diep was the main e-mail contact and she was quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. They arrived on-time, set up was quick, and their props were fun and sturdy - and lasted through the night! We had them for both the FLIP BOOK and PHOTO BOOTH and our guests LOOOOVED it and had a blast taking multiple photos and making books! He never took any special photos of our rings. No photo of me with just my flower girls. He won't even send us the color versions of the photos he turned to black and white.
