I often felt rushed to sign paperwork without having all of my questions answered, and some of the information provided to me was inaccurate. It was also very difficult to get updates regarding my case. Phone calls were rarely returned in a timely manner, and requests I made were often not followed through on. In addition, I found the reception staff to be unprofessional and, at times, rude. Getting someone on the phone who could assist me was frustrating and time-consuming. Based on my recent experience, the level of customer service and communication fell far below my expectations. I had been trying to get $1472.00 back that was owed to me for 5 months.
