Although this is basically the same thing honestly. They do a good job, even though I didn't fix my eternal throat problems, they were very nice about the consultation and I wasn't charged because I didn't really have anything done. As for the hospital itself? I don't like hospitals put in some regards this one is okay. It has a nice sitting in a safe place next to not just one, but also an extra major highway. On the other hand it can be annoying to walk in here because it's so hot outside, and if you're not feeling well you might just pass out trying to make it to the door. Once you're inside of course, the wait time is long and service is brisk, and there's a lot of people here who aren't very friendly, and some of the other problematic reviews are problems that I've noticed too.

The parking is free lot parking. I originally used the online portal to make an appointment after office hours, and someone called me back the very next day. The scheduling department, front desk staff, and check out cashier were all average in their levels of friendliness and professionalism. The wait time to see the doctor was about 30-35 minutes. The insurance paperwork and patient health screen questions were all filled out with electronic medical notepads that look like iPads for kids with a thick orange plastic casing for protection. The lobby is clean and large enough with seating for at least 30 people. There is a little section on the side with games for kids and a screen that shows information related to Houston ENT. I don't know what the standard office visit for an ENT is in the industry to have a reference if they are high or not, but at Houston ENT Sugarland, a regular office visit is $175 without insurance/ with insurance but you haven't met your deductible.

It has all the new bells and whistles, and he was overwheImed by it. I called the office to let them know he needed a less complicated machine, but Elizabeth asked if we could come in and let her guide him through using it and after, if we still wanted to change, they would proceed forward. I just wanted to take a moment to share how impressed we were with her today. She was so nice while helping my husband learn his CPAP machine. From the moment we walked in, she was patient, had such a positive attitude, and was incredibly knowledgeable. She broke everything down in a way that made the entire process feel simple instead of overwhelming. She didn't rush a single step -- she made sure my husband understood not just what to do, but why each part of the setup mattered. Her calm confidence and positive attitude made such a difference. Because of Elizabeth, we were able to keep the new CPAP machine. It's rare to meet someone who combines technical expertise with that level of kindness, patience, and clarity. We left feeling supported, informed, and genuinely cared for. We are so grateful to Elizabeth for the time and attention she gave us.

I recommend trying to schedule ahead as he typically is booked, but I have been able to make same day appointments which has been a huge relief for me. The location is pretty nice for me as well since it is not in a busy area so I can always get to and from the office without having to deal with tons of traffic. This office has ample parking and the other offices in this complex also offer services that I might be interested in too. The office for West Houston ENT & Sleep Center is very clean nice seating area and always a great selection of music playing while you wait. This place could get 10 stars if I was able to!
