I found a couple things I would come back for, but had just shopped and spent a lot so I was only looking. As I was leaving, I complimented Mary for greeting me warmly. I expected her to say "thank you" and then I would leave. But she started chatting which lead to her telling me about her art and jewelry. And I also asked if the owner was hiring. Her demeanor was unfriendly from the start no greeting, no smile, and she looked me over with a slight frown. When I asked about the Arrata brand, she told me they no longer carry it, then directed me to the back area and said the items there were 50% off and that I could check the rack in case something was there. After spending about ten minutes searching, I found an item. At that point she changed her story and said the price on the tag was not 50% off and that it was full price. This was completely different from what she originally told me. My family and I have shopped here before, so this experience was disappointing and unprofessional. I came specifically to purchase a Mother's Day gift, and the lack of courtesy, clarity, and consistency made the visit unnecessarily frustrating. She blew it Lulu, we will never come back and we will pass the word along. Be nice to everyone afterall we keep the rent paid.

He quickly asked what I was looking for or any questions & he answered them all beautifully & found what I was looking for so kind of him. Javier Ledezma was so very thoughtful, kind, caring, super sweet, very down to earth, very genuine! Javier L has this very positive upbeat energy about himself that really radiates! He is Rarest of All Diamonds! His shine can never fade! Please treasure him greatly!! Their price points are spot on & for quality & quantity it's well worth it! All the volunteers were kind and welcoming. The ambiance is festive and fun! The store is chock full of cards and wrap, which makes it worth stopping here to get something unique. There are all kinds of decor and licensed products displayed in a weaving pattern which made the floor pattern interesting. I have continued to shop here for my wrap and cards since first stopping in last year, knowing that there will be a selection of cards for nieces and nephews that I just can't find anywhere else.
