They've got great marketing for one, fine jewelry, kind, patient and helpful associates who take time to help you find what you are looking for. I took a ride to their Indio location right before Mothers Day. They were having a special promotion and I was notified by Stephanie via text message, as I had inquired about something online that I liked and gave my phone number to receive text messages. I was looking for a special necklace for my mom who is very picky. It makes it hard to shop for someone when they find something wrong with everything, or they don't use whatever you've gifted them in the past. I had been asking my mom what she wanted, in terms of jewelry. We discussed a 22" length gold necklace chain, and it seemed like it was something she liked. While this promotion captured my attention, that you could be financed for your purchase and if you spent $99.00 you would also get a bouquet of flowers and a Gift Certificate for dinner at a local Mexican restaurant. (Casa Mendoza) So flowers, dinner and jewelry for my mom, that's a fantastic deal. I did purchase a 22" tri gold chain with a pretty pendant that had flowers in tri color gold, in a heart shape that said "Mom" in the middle. And I also purchased something for myself. I've been wanting to get some gold cross earrings that I can wear daily. I was able to get financed with zero interest and a low payment. They've got a wonderful selection, something for everyone. I've purchased with them before a couple years ago I applied for their financing and they were very unprofessional and we were calling family members that were listed on the application to advertise. Fast-forward now I still reached out for pricing on a bangle and I just realize the company blocked me on Instagram. I took my mother's 1965 Bulova Sungold watch to Don Victor Jewelers in Indio for repair. They, especially Raul understood the importance of the watch. Raul was extremely empathetic (we lost her in September) to my concern. They had the lugs built back up so it is once again wearable. And I love it! I won't say they treated me like family, because that's a bad word. But Raul was patient, keeping me informed every step of the way. The small gold piece at the top of my cross broke apart and I wanted it to be soldered. I was told they do not do this, but send it out to be fixed. I was hesitant to send it out because it was sentimental to me, but the girl at the store assured me not to worry. "We will take GOOD CARE of your cross.". When I got it back the bevelled design was not there anymore. Gold was polished down and taken from the cross. The cross was smaller and the bail that attached to the small loop that was broken was not the original either. My name on the back was centered evenly equal distant from each end on the back along with a baptism date. When I got it back the first initial on the back was on the very end of the top of the cross. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Absolute worst service was told watches mechanism would be fixed in 3 weeks at the 3rd week i called and asked if the watch was ready Raul told me one more week i said ok no problem , next week comes i call again after not being told its ready the week later the man on phone says he is not sure and Raul will call me back , he dosent i then wait two days call him and he says sorry the person we sent your watch to is not letting us know if it is ready i then say can you just get the watch back and i will take it somewhere else and he says that what im trying to do , i was at a loss for words he then says i will call you as soon as i know anything i say ok , never calls i call one week later And he says oh ya it will be in in two days and i say ok i will be there, next day he calls me by the way they couldnt fix your watch so there will be no charge after over a month nothing then get the watch back and it has gouges and marks all over where they tryed to open the watch DO NOT GO HERE side note they looked at my wifes ring and said 3 prong holding diamonds were loose , took to another two jewelers to get second opinion and both said the ring is perfect read more

I went in today (1/04/23 at 3:45) with my 12 year old son needing resizing on a watch he got for Christmas. And I am so glad I did! A young man (forgot to ask for his name) helped us out, had the most positive and welcoming attitude, and was so patient with my sons complicated sized wrist. He's very skinny so getting the size right was harder than we thought. He redid it like 5 times and not once did he look frustrated or annoyed. You have a dishonest and unskilled person working there. A battery was replaced on my Omega watch on April 10. I found that the battery was not working properly in a few hours. I claimed $35, service charge through my bank. When I came back to Canada, I took it to TimeMaster Jewellers for a new battery. The expert found that the watch was badly damaged. He wrote a letter for me to claim. It says," to open this watch somebody used chisel and hammer resulting in damage to case, case back and gasket. Battery strap and battery strap screw were missing. The watch had humidity inside because of the damaged case back and case back gasket........" I sent all information to RM, but he denied what he had done. I tried to talk to you, but couldn't. I talked to your son, Daniel, ...I hope you would pay $800 for the repair so that I could have my watch back. read more

I recently moved to the Indio area and needed some minor jewelry repair and several watch batteries replaced. Nothing fancy brandwise on the watches but they are well loved. But my stone will keep falling off over and over again they will repair it every time I would take it in, but they were frustrated with me because I will asked the "why does my diamond keep falling over and over, you guys had fixed it already six times and you guys at this point you should be replacing my ring I've only had it for six months until my diamond fall off without me knowing and the time it got lost AND THAT WAS MY FEAR, because my store kept falling but they never replaced it I had to talk to the owner Victor, he was really rude with me knowing that it was only me and him in the jewelry store with his staff giving me sarcastic answers very unprofessional me giving me faced impression like saying oh wow sorry leave, After he saw him that I was taking a video of how he was treating me that's when he changed his tone of voice and refused to talk to me, and went to his office.
