On the other hand, we could not say the same about one dentist that worked there. He didn't introduce himself or greet us in anyway when he walked into the room, was rude to my wife and seemed as if he had other things on his mind. My son and wife did not deserve that. I will be taking my family's business elsewhere and recommend others do the same.

Over the years, every member of her staff has always been friendly and competent each time we've been there. It is always so easy to schedule appointments at my convenience and they are always there to help you in case you have an emergency. Everyone in that office is incredibly genuinely nice and caring and always happy and kind. I have been in the customer service industry for more then 30 years and I have never encountered nicer group of people. Dr. Kyle Eberhardt is a great dentist on so many levels. Aside being super nice, he remembers everything about you and makes you feel like you are his friend. He greatly cares about his patients. The entire team is friendly, skilled, and compassionate. Every single visit over the years has been a positive experience. What stands out the most to me is Dr. Salem's incredible attention to detail, intelligence, and kindness.
