I had…read moreread reviews saying that the reception staff were rude and condescending, however, to be quite honest, they were very pleasant and helpful. On the other hand, we could not say the same about one dentist that worked there. He didn't introduce himself or greet us in anyway when he walked into the room, was rude to my wife and seemed as if he had other things on his mind. My son and wife did not deserve that. I will be taking my family's business elsewhere and recommend others do the same.

Over the years, every member of her staff has always been friendly and competent each time we've been there. Went back once a week to have them adjust the fit and was told I had to pay 700.00 to get a soft liner put in. After that I never went back. I have been told you shouldn't need denture cream for well fitting dentures, but the hygienist told me I was told wrong.
