Well today I stopped there first thing in the morning with a tire that was losing air pretty drastically. The owner rob pulled me right in and made time for me right when I pulled up. He was friendly courteous and transparent with what was going on. He let me stand back and watch him remove the piece that was in tire and then let me know how much it was going to cost to plug it. after liberally checking the tire for anymore issues he mounted and balanced. The windshield damage was repaired at no cost to us (they coordinated completely with insurance and I believe they and not my insurance covered it). They picked the car up and returned it. Turnaround was quick. People and business make mistakes. How they respond and try to correct things is important.
