We have had Ryan's Services for about six months. We are on the Elite Service Plan. They are excellent--extremely professional and very conscientious. Dylan has been our primary service technician in the Beaumont area. He is so knowledgeable and friendly. Ryan's has a schedule of maintenance goals for each service, e.g., changing AC filters, descaling the washer and dish washer, maintaining the garage door opener, spraying for pests, etc. But they ask you what else you need them to service. For example, I needed Dylon to look at the shower head in the primary shower and take out an abandoned bird mud nest. This has been such a wonderful experience. I wanted to get an estimate for assembly on a pergola, in which they asked to send the link and they'll give me an estimate. Never responded. We recently moved into the area, and before the moving vans even pulled up to deliver our furniture to our brand new home, we signed up for Ryan's Home Services on a bi-monthly basis. This decision was not made lightly, for there are many expenses to owning a home of course. We knew, however, that their service would be phenomenal since we've seen their Van perusing around our new community taking care of our neighbors and of course the stellar reviews here on Yelp. We decided to go for it and were thoroughly impressed by their first service call. Friendly, knowledge, and professional, we also decided to hire them for a day-long project, which involved hanging lights and chandeliers. Ryan and his crew went above and beyond. Not only did they do an excellent job, but they also offered to do some unexpected tasks that cropped up. This we appreciated so much. Summer is on it's way and I wanted to write an OVERDUE comment on Ryan's Home Services. Overdue, and yet I still remember the quality of the service. Last year we had a knew, replacement whole house fan installed in our hallway and, as a result the opening into the attic was exposed in several places. Our plumbing company, Aloha Plumbing Heating and Air, recommended Ryan's Home Services to help figure out what to do with the unsightly mess. I trusted our plumbing company completely and called Ryan. Wow!!! they were right!!! I called and spoke directly to Ryan, told him the problem and, after sending him pictures, he came up with a plan. He came out, measured everything and created a perfect resolution to the hole in the ceiling. They come out, work fast, all while paying attention to detail. And clean! I just called him today, regarding a different job I have, and unfortunately, he will not be able to do the work. So that's another good quality, he is honest rather than say sure I can do that. My first experience using Ryan's Home Services was okay, but not great. I had my solar panels cleaned and netted (bird abatement). I am willing to use their service again for future projects and I would recommend them to others, however; I think the whole experience has some room for improvement. Below are the pros and cons I experienced with my project: Let's start with the pros first: * Scheduling was quick and easy * The pricing for the job was fair * The guys that showed up to do the job were very friendly and respectful of my property * The materials used were high quality and made to last * The installation of the netting was done well * They did a pretty good job of cleaning the concrete after washing the dirt and bird droppings from the roof and solar panels * They finished the job at / before the promised / scheduled time (I was scheduled from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm) And here are some of the cons: * They arrived 22 minutes later than the scheduled start time (not a big deal especially considering they were still done on time) * They missed cleaning the bird droppings from the large rooftop on the covered patio in the backyard (Luckily, I noticed it before they left, (unfortunately not before they packed up) and they had to get their gear back out and go back up to finish the job) * The price I was given (well in advance of the job) by their secretary, Brisa was not the price I ended up paying (See explanation below) Here's a detailed explanation regarding the last con listed above: I was originally quoted $800 for the job on April 28th, 2022. On May 2nd, 2022, I messaged Brisa to ask about the first responder discount and after she checked with the business owner, Ryan; she stated that we qualified for the discount and stated my total would be $725 and that she had already applied the discount to my invoice. Later (June 10th, 2022), when the guys arrived to do the job, they said it would be $800. I was confused since Brisa told me that she had already applied the discount to my invoice. So, the guys started the job and I messaged Brisa regarding the price discrepancy. She got back to me and said that she was going to let them know that I was to have the first responder discount and that she would amend the invoice (even though she previously told me that the invoice would already reflect the discount). A short time later, she messaged me back and told me the total was going to be $740 and that the discount was 10% off of the labor only. I told her that I was disappointed to find out that the total was $15 more than what I was originally told (from our previous messages) and that I was also disappointed the billing wasn't sorted out before the guys arrived and started the work. Brisa responded back apologizing and she said that she discounted the full amount instead of just the labor (I assume due to the error on her part). I messaged back stating that I appreciated her honoring the original amount. After the job was completed, the guys who performed the work were ready to collect payment and stated the price was $740. I told them that it should only be $725 according to my text message conversation I had shortly before with Brisa. They went to their vehicle and called "the boss" who I am assuming is the business owner, Ryan; and when they came back, they said the total was $740, not $725 as they only discount the labor and not the materials. They also went on to tell me that Brisa was wrong and that "this happens all the time." Which I found to be a bit disconcerting. I paid the $740 and messaged Brisa to let her know that I was charged $740, not the $725 she promised. I also informed her that the guys missed cleaning one of the rooftops and I had to ask them to go back up and clean it off. She messaged back stating, "I understand and again I apologize it was totally my mistake. Unfortunately as an employee my hands are tied." "Thank you. I will let Ryan know." "Have a nice weekend" I thanked her and wished her a nice weekend as well. The $15 discrepancy was not a big deal, but I think it is something that could've been avoided and it is something that can be off putting to some customers. So, those are the reasons I rate my first experience with Ryan's Home Services as "okay" instead of "great." I want to say that I am thankful that I was offered any discount at all!! This was a big perk to using this company versus others!! Also, the quality of the work performed was great and everyone I dealt with was quite friendly!! In my opinion, the areas that can be improved are: Attention to detail - (workers missed cleaning a rooftop on my job) Communication - (I was given a quote and ended up paying a different amount) Lastly, I would like to reiterate that I will use Ryan's Home Services for future projects and I would recommend their services to others. read more

We recently purchased a Tesla and needed our charger to be installed quickly to avoid going to superchargers. We chose Ryans Home Services due to all the positive reviews and we were NOT disappointed. The scheduling system they have was amazing and they were able to get someone to our home promptly. He was VERY friendly and respectful. He arrived at the time we had scheduled and even waited patiently for me since I was in the middle of bathing my baby. The charger installation was so quick. He mentioned having to turn off the power to the house so I expected it to be off for a while but nope it was so fast. Couldn't have been more than 5 minutes. I reached out at the beginning of June (prolly on the 6th) about doing a subscription maintenance service plan with them, and to get some estimates on finishing up little projects around the house that was left after I was forced to fire my contractor. I received an email on 6/7 asking for info on my home and what type of projects needed to be done (install kitchen cabinet handles, install air vent covers, baseboards, caulk kitchen countertops). I responded on June 8th, never got a response. I really wanted to use this company, and still do, because I read amazing reviews, so I sent another email on June 13th. Still no response.
