When this old house plumbing showed signs of acting up again, I called Chris, who has taken wonderful care of this old house now for many years. I would not trust anyone to handle these fragile pipes and drains. He cleaned the drains and checked the water pressure regulator with confidence, grace, and ease. Like a one-man orchestra, he conducts, plays, and knows all the instrumental parts. He can do it all--and with a share of life philosophy thrown in for good measure. Christopher came out on Sunday, four days before our scheduled appointment. He fixed the backed up line that was causing the kitchen sink to back up and fixed the toilet upstairs. I realized I was 'sold a bill of goods', I was charged 2500.00$ for the installation of what should have been a 30gallon hot water tank, but I didn't realize I was sold a 45-gallon hot water tank and this tank does not provide enough hot water even after turning up the dial that increases the heat level. This is what I get for being over-trusting. Two occasions that we needed assistance from a plumber... 1) Way back in 2020 (somehow my review back then never got posted hmmm) - anyhow - we were so happy to work with a real plumber instead of the obnoxious upsell artists out there masquerading as plumbers... you know what I'm talking about. Hi, Just wanted to thank you for sending out Sean, he did an excellent job, explained everything in detail & got the job done quickly. He also explained the septic system & what can occur over time with them, and what we might need to do later on, if roots persist. He was able to remove a cap that was rusted shut, (that previous plumber weren't able), to allow for needed inspection & to determine if clog was cleared. He also did not need to take my toilet off to use the snake, (as had to happen in the past), as he was able to get his heavy-duty snake through the outside drain access.
