I was really pleased that he tried to fix it and showed us why it was beyond repair. We purchased a new system and got a very fair price. As part of the installation he and his team fixed a major error that the builder created when they put it in. Doing that fix will save us a lot in cooling costs and make our new system much more efficient. Tim's team came out a couple of times in order to remove the old system and install the new one. His guys were VERY clean and tidy at all times. They even put down plastic in the closet over our clothes so they didn't get dusty from the changeover. They cleaned up everything and even their appearance was clean and neat. The job they do is hard and it's hot, (in peoples attics) so it made me have even more respect for them that they took the time to be respectful of our house and also look professional.
