I'm a little embarrassed right this review because I called out Eric to check some outlets that didn't work in my living room. Turns out that the outlets are on a switch and that my lamp bulbs were out and there was nothing wrong with the outlets. Now most people would charge me for their time which is completely understandable but Eric said that he didn't need to charge us for coming out which tells me that he's more interested in developing good customer relationships than money. We had some outlets not working in our kitchen, so we got in touch with Amped Electric, and are we glad we did! We happen to be home hours earlier than expected for an appointment with Eric, but he graciously worked us in earlier, and we got it out of the way.
