Nick was the first to respond within minutes...at 8 o'clock at night! We FaceTimed him (after seeing all of his five star Yelp reviews) to show him our problem, and he gave immediate advice, which we followed. He said he would be out first thing in the morning. He was! We had to replace a few circuits that were fried and decided to do a full breaker box maintenance (to prevent this from happening again) because it probably hadn't been serviced...ever...in 25 years. Nick went far over and above expectations. He threw in upgrading a garage outlet while he was here and put in a whole house surge protector at a very discounted rate since we went with the full breaker box maintenance package. Our breaker box now looks and works like it is brand new. His work comes with a two year warranty! Nick was extremely personable and honest. I added him to my contacts because we will be contacting him with any future electrical issues. In short, there is a reason for all of the five star reviews, you will rate him with 5 stars as well when call him for service, I guarantee it!

The project included 15 Ethernet drops across six rooms and 1900 sq ft, audio speaker wiring, and height speaker installation. The work turned out very well overall. What stands out most was Rick's accountability to the job and for the work of his crew. He was communicative, kept me informed throughout the job, and made absolutely sure any issues I had were addressed. Rick's team also tested every cable run with a Fluke tester and verified that each run was properly shielded and capable of 10 Gbps performance. They were also attentive to the smaller cosmetic detail requests, including cable color, outlet style, and the specific placement of wall jacks. Although just about everything is expensive nowadays, the pricing for the scope and quality of work was reasonable. It was a pleasure working with these guys -- I'd definitely hire them again for any future data cabling, audio, camera installation work.

I had lights badly flickering and a refrigerator motor bogging down and the voltage was bouncing from 117 down to 99 volts. Eric asked me a few questions and went right to the problem, which was a circuit breaker and buss bar that were no longer operating correctly. Rather than change the whole panel for $3500 he was able to add a few circuit breakers and solved the problem for a few hundred instead. Eric was prompt, professional, and explained everything. Bottom line: I wouldn't recommend Doug unless low cost is top priority…read more Pros: He is less expensive than most; recessed lighting and undercabinet lighting looks great. Cons: When updating outlets, he missed getting the wire into the proper hole leaving an open circuit, and rather than debugging his work he blamed it on the electrical panel. Several replaced outlets and switches were not completed where tolerances were challenging and/or spacers were needed. He refused to come back and finish the scope of work to which he agreed so I had to buy tools and do it myself. Another electrician who came later pointed out areas where Doug's work was not to code: exposed wire nuts in garage wall without junction box and improper connections to recessed lighting in attic.
