Do not recommend! We are renters in the Fairview homes in Beaumont and our owner had scheduled this company to come Out and replace canned lighting and every other bulb in the house, a shower head, fans, and back door lock. The day they came to do an estimate, I requested that they put daylight color lights in the estimate to the owner, because the house Currently has soft white (yellow) which is outdated. I reminded him multiple times during the estimate. A week later when they came to Install, I realized they were replaced with the same soft white(yellow). When I asked Mike(the tech) weren't they supposed to be daylight? He immediately said the owner was being cheap and the soft whites were less expensive. He replaced about 16 bulbs that were in working condition and were already soft white and over charged the owner. The only way they were supposed to be changed is if they were being changed to daylight. Once we reached out to the owner and let him know that the wrong lighting was installed, Mike the tech then lied and said we never requested the daylight at all! This Is a sketchy company and very unprofessional.They took advantage of our owner by overcharging him and putting in the wrong parts because they know he lives out of State. read more

I had read great reviews and spoke with the owner who sounded like a great local businessman so we decided to have them go out to our rental home and our home to flush a tankless water heater. The young man went to our rental home and then attempted to flush the tank but failed. He then lied to the renter and myself about it not being capable to flush and left without "doing anything. " However, as soon as he left they had bluish water and no water pressure. He came back out late that afternoon and said he didn't touch anything and denied he knew how the water was blue and there was no pressure since he didn't touch anything. I was upset and the owner was out of town so they would call me back. I called Burgesons in Redlands the next morning and they came out, said he(Ryan's tech) tried to flush it but did it wrong and they (Burgesons)were able to do it correctly and no more bluish water and great pressure. I called them back to say the technician was lying about it not having the right valves and that he didn't touch anything as Burgesons stated he could clearly see what went wrong. The said again the owner would call me back once back in town to rectify their technicians lie costing me more money as an emergency call to the rental home, but it's been 2 weeks and not a peep. read more

Very pleased with the outcome of our wired security camera install. Ryan was transparent and communicated well throughout the job. I was most pleased that Ryan gave us options as to how the job can get done(Plan A, B, and C) depending on what roadblocks they may come across during the install. About 3 months ago we asked Ryan's home services to come out and survey some of the small projects for our home that interested us. He was very nice. One of his suggestions was hanging storage for our large garage. He suggested buying Costco racks that he knew how to install. He said it was his specialty installing these types of racks which can be tricky. I spent over 1000.00 on 4 of these racks in preparation for the installment. Soon thereafter, his services cancelled one of our scheduled appointments due to something that came up and they had us reschedule. It Took a few weeks to get another time slot and when Ryan showed up, he stated he couldn't start the project because we had not cleared the work area in our garage. He never stated before we had to clear our garage but I thought of this before the scheduled appointment and texted his phone and stated to him "Do you need us to clear anythings from the garage?". He did not answer. It was near impossible to contact him or his secretary. During that 2nd face to face meeting, he informed us that it would cost 100.00 for him and another worker to move our existing storage racks, I thought that was reasonable. He promised he would get the work done in the next couple of weeks as he understood that we had been waiting patiently for this to be completed. During those 2 weeks, after not hearing from his secretary, we tried multiple times to call her and she never responded. I finally left a respectful but stronger message and then she responded. Another week went by and Ryan's Home Services came to start the job. My wife was then informed that our garage ceiling (which has a finished ceiling) didn't have wooden studs and that they could not do the job. They suggested that they break a hole through the ceiling to see what type of support they could use. I was at work during the time they were on the job so my wife told them she would talk with me when I got home. When I heard, I was very frustrated given that this possible issue should have been explained to me prior to me buying over 1000.00 worth of heavy Costco racks. Ryan had two opportunities to confirm the correct ceiling requirements prior to the 3rd visit from his workers where they discovered the problem. They didn't take long to figure out our home had metal studs. What really is frustrating, is that through this whole ordeal, they still have not responded to us after I have tried to contact them. No apologies either. In summary, Ryan was very nice and I'm sure he would have been very capable at completing various projects but if you want your time respected, if you want good communication, if you want a handy man that thoroughly assesses the premises before making a costly recommendation, well, you be the judge. read more

I had reached out to this company because I needed a few things done on my home and had just moved to Beaumont. The first appointment that they had scheduled with me for a diagnosis came and went without anyone showing up or calling. I emailed about the missed appointment and the owner responded and said that his secretary had not rescheduled with me and that he was very sorry. The next appointment the electrician and his apprentice showed up on time and they were great, which is why I am giving two stars instead of 1. I paid for the diagnosis with the expectation I would be hearing about an estimate to complete the jobs I needed to done. I never heard anything. I contacted the company again, and the owner apologized and said he would get back to me with an estimate. I still haven't heard anything. It just seems like they do not want my business, so I have contacted another handyman service. I just wish I hadn't wasted $80 for them to diagnose my issues and then not help me to fix them. read more

First appt didn't show up my husband had to text me that he never arrived. Had to then find out where he was there was no communication from him. Finally came over nice guy installed some new led lights and everything went well. Messaged him later to get a new kitchen faucet installed because our current one was leaking. He said he would get back to me by end of day never messaged me back. Ended up leaving out of town a month goes by still no communication. Messaged him again he said he would get back to me. Finally gives me a date and time never shows up. No call no text that he was going to be late. The. Persisted to say that he was "squeezing us in". Finally comes over hours after our appt time says he needs to go get a part and will be back and never comes back. Says he will be by in the am before his jobs never comes by. Instead texts saying he will be by later. After no response I tell him not to come. No thank you having customer service like that. I'm a paying customer not someone that is looking for a feeebie. Don't go to him. Treats people like an afterthought. read more
