Great for a quick bite in the go. Everything is tasty and what you would expect from a food truck.

The sausage was tasty & meaty, and the toppings good quality. The royale burger has a very fresh patty. Again the toppings were good. Skin-on fries were OK.

When I cut it open it was red in centre. The other burger was cooked through. I had brought it up and showed them. The gentleman that was apparently the guy who cooked it looked at it and says they are all cooked the same six mins each side. I would like to mention no customer service at all. I explained it's raw. I can't eat it like this. If you can please cook this more. I didn't ask for another burger. I was being nice about it. He grumbled at me took it out back and with in two mins was back the the same burger that looked completely man handled and proceeds to tell me I was wrong, he cooked it right and it is cooked properly what I am seeing is ketchup. I am not an idiot. It was raw. Obviously there was no point to try and ask again. We just couldn't believe the lack of service and the even more lack of pride in what they do. I wish I would have taken a picture. Clearly red and raw. We both agreed it was a clear sign of how they run their business and will be sure to tell all our friends. There are a lot of chip trucks that respect their customers and have pride in the food they make. Stay clear of this place.

Dropped in for lunch. Got a table for one. Around lunch hour. There was just me and two other…read morecustomers in the entire restaurant. Ordered my food. I then got an inbound important business call on my phone just after I sat down. The speaker to ear does not work on my phone, so the only way I could speak was on speaker. Still I kept the volume down and was beginning a short important business call. 10 seconds into the call, the co-owner approached me to say that I'm not allowed to be on the phone. Given the importance of the call I agreed to step outside to complete my call. It struck me as strange that the other two people would be allowed to speak between themselves but that I would not be able to simply because the person I was speaking to was not physically there. Isn't noise supposed to be noise? Anyway, I walked back in somewhat agitated, no longer feeling welcome to be there and asked the co-owner to just give me my food to go. The other co-owner then got in my face, visibly angry at me and demanded that I please leave. He delivered my food to me and ask that I not stay. So I paid for the food, left the restaurant and threw the food out because when an owner is angry and essentially telling you that you're not welcome, who knows what he's put in your food? All in all not a pleasant experience. I went elsewhere and had lunch. Paid for two lunches and ate one. UPDATE FOLLOWING THE RESTAURANT'S RESPONSE: The restaurant has responded below. Unfortunately, its response does not accurately describe what occurred. The Restaurant states that their policy does not allow the use of a speakerphone. That is not posted anywhere within the restaurant that I saw. Yes. When I returned I did attempt to call someone from inside the restaurant for assistance. But there was absolutely no wait staff in the entire restaurant to respond to me. I tried again to get someone's attention from beside the cash register and again got no response. In order to try to save the restaurant from delivering a meal on a plate instead of in a takeout box I was left with no choice but to keep moving further towards the kitchen. I was otherwise being ignored. I stand by my earlier comment that the owner absolutely decided to "get in my face". He literally said to me in a very angry voice "we want you to leave". He was visibly upset at me and continued audibly express his anger as I retreated back into the restaurant. If asking to take my food in a takeout box is an "act of hostility" then I plead guilty to that, but his anger towards me at that juncture was more than evident. Relating to my comment about not eating the food. While I have no direct evidence that the food was tampered with, when the person cooking your food is visibly angry at you it is generally imprudent to then eat the food. One last thing ... while I hear their burgers are good, there are just too many rules, horribly inconsistent service when there is service and just not a friendly place to be.
