He grumbled at me took it out back and with in two mins was back the the same burger that looked completely man handled and proceeds to tell me I was wrong, he cooked it right and it is cooked properly what I am seeing is ketchup. I am not an idiot. It was raw. Obviously there was no point to try and ask again. We just couldn't believe the lack of service and the even more lack of pride in what they do. I wish I would have taken a picture. Clearly red and raw. We both agreed it was a clear sign of how they run their business and will be sure to tell all our friends. Decor was very old school and kitschy which was cool, but it's extremely dark in the restaurant, so ask for a flashlight (they'll kindly give you one). We ordered garlic bread to start, butter chick with naan, and the crispy beef (which was featured on the show). Everything was absolutely delicious and came out at the perfect time. I even had leftovers for lunch the following day and they were awesome. The two of use were very satisfied and will be returning with the rest of the family next time!
