I went to this location because my husband said he always uses this location and they have great…read morecustomer service so I felt super confident going in here getting everything handled. I have had the runaround with the insurance company since last Thursday so today, Monday, October 2 I was pleased to walk into this enterprise thinking that they would be assisting me in solving my problem. I get to the service desk. A gentleman tells me that they don't have anything available. He gives me a little information says the cars are booked and it would be a few weeks out. I took the information that he gave me with face value and thought, well, at least he's being transparent with me and helpful. After returning to the car defeated, I told my husband they didn't have any cars although I had had a reservation. I would like to be clear the reservation was at this store but another the insurance adjuster told me I could go to any enterprise anywhere. So my husband trying to problem solve he decides to call another location well he thought he was calling another location so he get someone on the phone. He gives them the reservation number and ask do they have anything available and he said sure come on in my husband then ask what's your location so we can get there and get this handled 1800 S. Main we told them we were sitting in the parking lot on their property and they just told us that y'all didn't have any cars they put us on hold several times comes back says that they moved a few things around. at this point you can tell he's annoyed because they all just got caught in a lie in the office so he says we could possibly get you in this evening. We're willing to take any car any time that you have one available today. The man tells me you're not getting a car today and hung up in my face, awesome customer service. The funny thing is that Walmart damage to my car doing an oil change and this experience has been so horrific that I started to record every interaction I had concerning this claim unbeknownst to him. I have the entire call recorded I have contacted corporate office and I will be contacting the manager of this facility. I would like to say that there was zero professionalism. There was zero compassion for me as a human being. And there was zero accountability for y'all lying about not having cars. Enterprise will know exactly how much you value their customers. This is the first time that I have ever had to use Enterprise and it was definitely the last!!! If I could give zero stars I would. If yelp allows me, I will upload the phone call.

Thank you, Erik Uhaul has a pesky clause in their rental agreement that states "U-Haul reserves the right to schedule an alternate pick up location..." Since we had two pieces of equipment reserved, we were faced with TWO pick up locations and Erik fixed this for us. We were going to need a truck plus a trailer and Erik offered to make certain BOTH pieces of equipment would be at a single location. What a great guy! (otherwise, we would have needed to pick up the truck at Wm D Tate location and then drive to a second location to rent the trailer). Erick made it much easier. For our pick up on Thanksgiving Day, all our needed equipment was in place and the team on this particular day was efficient and eager to help, in spite of working on a cold and rainy holiday. They got our trailer's running lights working and got us on our way quickly. Thanks for being open on Thanksgiving morning and we hope you all enjoyed the rest of the day with your families.

Clean, good climate control, and well kept facility... lots of signs warning people to pay their bills, lots of signs reminding people to check out with their access card or they'll be locked out next time, and quite a few units locked by management for non-payment.

Too, the people are helpful and knowledgable about all of their rentals (I have been to other locations where the knowledge level is lacking.
