The owner had just finished roasting a fresh batch of coffee. Walking in the shop is still the same. The protocol that has been implemented has been masks for patrons. Owner doesn't wear a mask, he is the only one in the shop. Curbside is now available! Parking is plentiful so curbside is easy as parking by the door, a call to the shop, and in two seconds he's delivering the goods. Cold brew with cream: too acidic (affording to my wife) and tastes more like an ice coffee and less like a cold brew. Maybe could have used more water? The acidity was very harsh. The latte was great, very smooth espresso paired with a yummy made in house brown sugar syrup. This is not the place to go if you like flavors as they only have ONE flavor. The brown sugar flavor is wonderful though! The person working was very patient as I looked over the menu for several minutes. Overall, a wonderful experience and it's beautiful inside!

As a 22 year hospitality veteran I'm accustomed to actually working for tips and at least smiling and greeting guests. That's why it's called hospitality and not service. If I ever came back, it would be for the cold brew and not for anything resembling a memorable experience, sadly.
