They serve lots of options for breakfast... a side of two eggs, egg sandwiches, modern toast with toppings, lots of bagels and pastries too! Trust me all is great! This was my first time at Archetype. I have had their coffee and pastries at various events. They are always fantastic. The shop is nice, with a beautiful array of baked goods. There was a line of people - the place is obviously a favorite to many. We were able to get our drinks and baked goods fairly quickly. We had messy food, and I looked around to try and find napkins. Finally found them by the front window. Odd that we didn't have a chance to get one at the counter. Everything tasted great. Since it was busy, we were sitting at the counter by the kitchen. I was not happy that there were all least 3 flies buzzing around us. I would really have preferred to not have this going on. Otherwise this would be a five star review. What a fun place! I've been to the Archetype in Blackstone but this was my first trip to the Little Bo location. Their coffee menu is great as usual, but I was really impressed with all the food options. They had sweet mags pastries and a full breakfast menu from Know Good. The menu was impressive and I regretted having breakfast before going. My friend did get the strata and let me try a bite, and it was sooo flavorful. With bacon, feta and some other add-ins that I don't remember, it was perfectly cooked and reminded me of a personal version of the version my mom would make on holidays mornings. I can't wait to go back and will be going back hungry! The space overall is super cute and lots of options to sit and spread out while you work or do homework. read more

Location was good, situated in a residential neighborhood but close to downtown area. Parking lot was nice and it was unexpected to have its own lot, being so close to downtown. Dog-friendly- it was fun to see several pets in the shop! Very kid-friendly, definitely a family environment. Lots of seating available, so it was a pleasant surprise that even on a Saturday morning there was a spot for us to sit and enjoy our coffee and scone. We got a pumpkin chai latte and a pumpkin spice coffee and both were exceptional! The flavors of the pumpkin with chai and coffee were very well-balanced and not overly sweet. The butterscotch scone was incredible, as well, and was definitely fresh and an unexpected scone flavor with perfect scone texture. I went to Archetype coffee during my trip to Omaha after it was recommended by my family. I stopped first thing Sunday morning and there were several people in front of me. While I was waiting a barista asked everyone in line what drink they were going to order. My coffee was ready when it was my turn at the register. I also ordered a bagel, I had the number they gave me in my hand when a worker, a male white with a limp, came from the kitchen and basically yanked the number from my hand. I didn't know it at the time but he had put my bagel on the table next to me. The bagel was cold by the time I figured out what happened. read more

This place was hopping on a Saturday morning. The line constantly wrapped around the ordering area but went pretty fast. To my surprise when I made it to the front of the line, someone had given the cashier a gift card to buy people's coffee. There was just enough left to cover my latte! I was so surprised at such a generous and unexpected gift. And you know what? That was the best latte I've ever had. The amount of sweetness was perfect. The temperature was perfect. The smooth espresso was utterly delicious. The foam on top was delightful. If I had to find something to improve, I simply can't find a thing. This place could be addictive. read more

I'm a long time fan of Archetype but this review is more about Know Good, the breakfast/brunch option that Archetype in Little Bohemia has on the weekends. I was quite impressed with the variety of the menu, even though it didn't have an overwhelming number of choices. Our food came out promptly and was so tasty. I got the GK Breakfast Sandwich, which was absolutely delicious and I would definitely recommend. I did love the taste of the challah as the bread for the sandwich although I think it fell apart a bit easily. I will certainly be coming back! read more

Archetype is also one of two shops where I get a chocolate latte (Mocha). I steer clear of mochas at other shops because they end up tasting more like burnt chocolate -- but here the mocha has been mastered! 7am tire change down the street meant I had some time to explore 13th Street, and this stop was my first priority. I'll be back!!! I'll start with where I ended up - the patio. Located on the north side of the building, you can hear 13th St but landscaping and good karma shields the coffee drinker, creating an urban oasis. Tables are for two in this area. Inside, the cold brew was as excellent as expected and the quiche of the day was terrific. The baked good selection includes both sweet and savory. The indoor space feels open and airy, and clearly someone on staff has a green thumb. Save time to go on a short walk to enjoy how this section of 13th St is enjoying a new era without forgetting its past. read more

My first time at Archetype! LOVED IT. The coffee is so smooth. I got a 12 oz hot vanilla latte with oat milk. So good!!! I loved the atmosphere of the place and can't wait to go back and actually eat one of their breakfasts and a bakery item. I even loved how the barrista handed me my coffee instead of setting it down on the counter and shouting out the order.
