The work is excellent and very tide and the team (Paul, Tony, Jack) were very neat, clean and quiet (helps when working at home). They are very helpful - previously coming back late one evening to ensure that we had water for the weekend. The communications with Tony, Jack and Paul has really been superb. Paul very clearly explained what was required (step by step), the work that undertaken after the job was completed, all of the different changes that were made and why, and a thorough rundown of the new controls. Paul also clearly guided us through the SEAI grant system, sent us the correct form links and included the BER assessment in the work, which is really appreciated when you don't have your own contacts. I paid a premium because of the day that was in it (€120), but that is to be expected with a last minute call out on a public holiday.
