They even helped me find someone to rake up the leaves in the front yard to make the house have a little more curb appeal. I highly recommend Queen Of Clean. They do. I asked, "Could we get an estimate?" Their response: "Maybe you should go with another company, we are a month out". My response: "That's ok, everything is 6-8 weeks out". Their response: "Something about your request doesn't seem right and I feel uncomfortable with this situation." My response: "What could be uncomfortable, I am asking for a service, you said you do this type of work. Do you not want to do business?" Them: "I am uncomfortable with insurance being involved and you have an estimate already from another place, why don't you go with them." My response: "Insurance isn't an issue, they are paying to rehab what is needed, the first company who mitigated the water gave us an estimate on the repair but we are looking at our options, so we found you online." I say, "It seems you are suggesting there is something odd about our request. I ask again, "Do you not want our business?". Their response, "No." So rather than saying they don't want our business to begin with, they push us to seek another provider then say there is something that makes them feel uncomfortable about our request. That is just strange to suggest to a customer! Just say you don't want to do a job, one that I can only assume must've been assessed as a "smaller" job. Be upfront with the customer! So far they've been great for us. The most recent example was today. I had spent the entire morning trying to get our sump pump to work, and had tried everything to thaw the pipes. I had come to the conclusion that maybe it was the pump itself that was having issues, so I decided to give them a call. The person I spoke with was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and had someone sent out same day to take a look. I believe his name was John and he was excellent. Super friendly and knew his stuff for sure. In the end it did turn out to simply be frozen pipes, but John took care of it, and not to mention had to work outside on the coldest day we've had in a long time. I received the one time deep cleaning service. I was quoted for a 1000sqft apartment, 3-4 hours…read morewith two cleaners. Let me start by saying, they did a good job overall. However, i did receive the basic cleaning when i requested deep clean. Which is obviously a difference in price. Then, without communication, the two cleaners went over our quoted time. When you're budgeting $500 for a 3-4 deep clean, you expect it to stay at that price. After, when talking to the boss, Cesar, about the overall work and time it took he states there was, "lots of dust" and that's why they went "1.5 hours over". I know dust doesn't equal going over "1.5" hours of clean time, especially when i didn't receive the deep clean service like i was supposed to, but the basic. Also, they were at my place for 5 hours and they were trying to charge me for 5.5 hours! When i told Cesar how long his cleaners were at my house and asked if we could pay the quoted price of 4 hours (1 hour difference) he said "well i need to pay my workers for what they did." I know that, but you also need to listen to your customer about their experience and not overcharge time that wasn't used. So, at the end of it all, i would definitely consider a different cleaning service. Not because their cleaners were lousy & terrible, but because the timeframes, information on which clean you are getting is not accurate, and quotes don't match what you are told.
