I had a beautiful temporary implanted cap completed in under 24 hrs. You can't tell the cap from my real teeth. Dr. Wagner and his staff were quick, professional and do excellent work. Here's what happened…read more.. Door opens! Smiles and organization. A few missed signals, but all in all an 8.6/10 entry (the questionnaires are not Gold medal worthy)... The (good) splash was in meeting Mrs. Orchid. She spoke in Spanish with care and authenticity. She did not make me feel inferior for being a disabled white person who doesn't speak hardly any Spanish. Sophie seemed really busy and there were reportedly computer monstrosities enveloping the front desks. A very respectful woman shrouded with a clean mask ta protect me (I'm ashamed I forgot mine when I'm the one who needs dental work!) asked about my x-ray needs and didn't make the mistake of forcing me to do them again. Dr. Jennifer Crespo (from Abundant Dental) recommended me for Dr. Shifflers' team... and now I am glad I shared our time. There were other names that shall not be mentioned sadly, due to my absentminded pro?fession... I must confess, these 30's are not my best... I'm waiting for my next appointment/surgery as if it were Christmas and my parents had a major charge on their card for a new car (and the old one still works!) When I told them they just said it's automatic! Fix it! Unless you are into torture. when they put the IV in they missed the vain! It filled the arm with fluid and hurt! I told them to check it because it was hurting they did and said it was ok! i was feeling the cold. The anesthesiologist came in and saw it and moved it! I told him I had told them I was hurting and it wasn't in the vein going into the arm! They said it will be ok it will absorbed into the body, with no regard to my pain. more evidence that your pain is of no concern.

I love their little play area in the waiting room and so does my son. They always explain what they are doing which helps ease nerves. They have even had to pull a couple teeth due to shark teeth and one since it was super loose they just yoinked it out :) My son loves getting little toys from the staff and thinks them brushing his teeth is just neat. We will continue here for years to come.

Dentists & hygienists are friendly, kind & patient with kids. Kids like the play area and seeing the fish tank. The office is on the 2nd floor. I prefer going with my kids in mornings right at 8am as it isn't packed and not worry about waiting & running behind other appointments. However do anticipate rush hour traffic. It is much better to head north to the office on Redwood Rd during rush hours so you can easily turn right into the office park.

I was so desperate that I wanted it removed that day, but was advised to take an antibiotic first and come back when the swelling was gone. Excellent advice! The whole staff here is amazing, and you will leave feeling like you were a movie star in Malibu getting the high profile courtesy, attention and treatment. I seriously cannot recommend them enough, do yourself a favor and treat yourself to their services in your time of need.

Dr. Pogue is by far the best in the Valley. He is an expert at what he does and will eliminate…read moretooth pain for good. Root canals are often done incorrectly (I know from experience). Before you make a mistake with another Endo or General Dentist, think about doing it right the first time and give Dr. Pogue a call. Or, if you find yourself with a root canal that still hurts, also call Dr. Pogue so he can fix it!

He walked me through the entire process and post-op visits, and he's a genuinely nice, easygoing person who communicates clearly and puts you at ease. His office was also very accommodating, especially considering I traveled from out of state for the surgery. This would have been a 5/5 experience, but unfortunately I ran into issues with the office handling the required paperwork for state disability benefits. Despite following up more than 15 times via email and phone and receiving multiple assurances that it would be taken care of, the paperwork was never filed, which resulted in me losing my state disability benefits (up to $1000). While the office handled my medical insurance and short-term disability insurance without issues, state disability paperwork seems to be different, and this part was not managed successfully. I feel little sorry for them because of so much paperwork they had to do for my case, and they are not used to work with different states disability benefits, but I tried my best for them providing all the neccessary information and help them to file necessary papers. From a surgical and clinical standpoint, I highly recommend Dr. Stosich. I just wish the administrative side, particularly state disability paperwork, had been handled with the same level of care. I was a bit of a special case coming from out of state, so I don't expect most patients to have issues on the administrative side.

I told them about the feelings falling out he didn't want to fix them Unless I paid again. I had brand new parcels for me done after wearing them for 2 days they broke,he sent them back in. I got them back the same thing within one day of wearing them. This is the worst dentist to go to they only care about money and not there patience I have never had such a bad experience at a dentist. This would be the number one worst dentist.
