Very professional crew. In a single six hour period they turned our long walkway and house fascia into something to behold. The installation looks lovely during daylight and spectacular at night. The crew was very knowledgeable, efficient and as well-organized as a crew can possibly get. Villers is the epitome of a wolf in sheep's clothing. When I first contacted them a couple of years…read moreago about a Kohler whole-house backup generator, they couldn't have been more professional or accommodating. Due to other priorities, we put the project on hold. Fast forward, when we were ready to move forward, the price had jumped *30%*. A key factor? A Kohler promotion for an electric transfer switch was no longer available. Disappointed, we decided to wait and kept in touch with Villers, checking periodically to see if the promotion would return. By October 2024, we finally decided the increased cost was worth it and proceeded. But at that point, Villers' attitude took a nosedive. It was as if our frequent inquiries had annoyed them. Things became shockingly unprofessional from here. We signed a contract in August for a 26 kW generator to be installed in the second week of October. October came and went--no calls, no emails, nothing. I followed up, only to be told they were "running behind." The rep acted as if he was doing me a favor by "checking his schedule." When I casually mentioned the Kohler promotion we'd been waiting for, he reluctantly admitted it was now available--$1,000 off. This was information they clearly had but never shared, despite knowing it was the entire reason we'd delayed the project. They had even agreed to inform us if the promotion came back. At this point, I was furious--not only about their blatant disregard for keeping us informed but also for failing to notify us when they missed our installation date. The installation itself? A nightmare. Instead of a typical one- to two-day process, it dragged out over two weeks and four separate visits. Adding insult to injury, they caused damage to our home during the installation. We documented it and sent it to the owner, only to be blamed for it. Yes, you read that right--they blamed us. To top it all off, they harassed us about payment even before resolving the issues they created. Suffice it to say, we'll never work with Villers again. If you're considering doing business with them, be warned: they'll gladly overcharge you, fail to communicate, and potentially damage your property--then blame you for it. My advice? Get at least two or three estimates before choosing anyone, especially this company. Trust me, it's worth your time.

Tried a different strategy to bring an electrician and a plumber during the walk through even before we made an offer. Luckily stumbled upon Surge Electric and decided to give them a shot because of the good reviews. Josh was responsive, on time, did good work, provided prompt feedback.
