The only drawback, and this is true of most stores during COVID, their inventory is low and for some choices you have to order. I highly recommend Berman Electric.

I have recently moved into a brand new home and would like to purchase some new decorative items as well as a new chandelier for my my foyer. I entered the store and knew immediately that I would find several things that I would love. I stopped to look at a display near the entrance where an employee was unpacking some merchandise. She did not acknowledge me nor did any of the employees working there. I was in the store for about half an hour and found a few items that I would have purchased (and mind you, their items are NOT inexpensive) but since no one approached me or offered me help as I was struggling to find the price on a chandelier I thought would look awesome in my house, I couldn't bring myself to ask for assistance because they clearly didn't need my business. In fact, a gentleman who works there (which I found out was a designer named Frank by visiting their web-site) was standing about 3 ft from me and told the 2 girls at the counter that "Sometimes I can't stand people." Well, that sealed the deal for me. As a manager of a large bank in the area who focuses on excellent customer service, I can surely understand feeling this way at times, but expressing it front of a customer (a customer who wants to buy something REALLY bad) is just unacceptable. I was so disappointed because there were a few items I really wanted to purchase but I just couldn't do it based on the fact that no one ever even spoke to me the whole time I was there. It was one of those worse case situations and I was at a loss for what to do. As guests began to arrive, we all sat in the dark worrying that the lights and music would never be able to turn on. I decided to take matters into my own hands and try and find someone that would help. Let me tell you that after just speaking with the gentlemen at modern events productions for 5minutes on the phone, he told me don't worry, we will do whatever we can do to help you out. Fast forward 5 more minutes, he called me back stating that he found wireless lights and sound systems that would be perfect for getting our party started and someone could bring them to us within the next half hour. Talk about a last minute LIFE SAVER! In the end, the power came back on , but I can not stop but feel blessed to know that there are still people that are willing to drop everything to help people in need. People they dnt know and understand that they are in a tough situation.
