All he asked was the name and immediately was like "oh i see that here". Now i don't know about you, but there are about 400 ppl in this state with the same name as us. How you going to find our account that fast? I worked at a dealership, this isn't adding up. I asked to speak with the manager to find out how our address got associated with a vehicle we've never owned and she got very defensive and unprofessional when I told her it felt like a scam and said "ok have a great day" as I was talking and hung up on me. I've never heard of this place before and never done business there. When I told her I would be having my husband call back later to discuss this with her (Laura-the manager) she laughed at me and said "whatever-are you done talking? I don't want to "hang up on you again"?" The bill was just the amount due and had nothing detailed except a remark about being 120 days late. Don't go to Bell-Wasik in Caro. Not a great way to start my day.
