He got upset saying he did call but there is no incoming calls from his Business or his personal cell, that he did say that he called us as well from and to top it off when we went to check on vehicle. The business had closed earlier than normal, that we were not aware of. And to find the the vehicle was left in the parking lot, unlocked, so not only, did he LIE about calling us, he left our vehicle unsecured in a open parking lot in the city of saginaw. We will not be doing business with Gales Auto from here on out. To make promises and not stand behind them and lying goes too far to have a reputable business.

The person on the phone said, "I'm sure we can get you back on the road, come on in!" We got there and they had the tire replaced in no time flat and walked it out to our truck!
