Not expecting the item to be defective, his mechanic did a complete install. EVERYTHING was clear that they had no clue that the item I brought was defective and CLEARLY it was VERY OBVIOUS upon further inquiry and investigation. It was clear and obvious to me that the part purchased from Amazon was defective without question. Bill odered a replacement locally and did NOT "gouge me" in the price. I wait another week and pick it up, seems they put a big dent in my fender. When I did pick the truck up I headed for work , then BOOM ! rear end blows. Seems they has put Walmart bolts on the rear end cover, the wrong bolts tore the rear end cover and made all the fluid leak out in the first 20 miles, now I need another rear end and I missed a days work because of this place, never again !
