Inside the store a variety of toys and collectibles, children's apparel and accessories, lined the walls and filled the center displays. I'd say about forty percent of the store consists of young children's accessories, apparel and developmental toys. The rest of the store is focused on toys that could be children's toys though also considered collectibles for most adults. These include Sonny Angel, smiski, Miffy, Calico Critters, Totoro, Hello Kitty, Snoopy and Woodstock, and Monchichi, in plush, keychain, miniature and regular size forms. I appreciated their assortment of nostalgic 80-90s mini toys, like plastic dinosaurs, bouncy balls with glitter, knick knacks you might find in an 80s kids birthday party goodie bag. The staff seemed attentive when I walked in, one person on the floor, straightening merchandise, saying welcome to people as they walked in, also asking if anyone needed help, another staff member behind the counter in the back. *These mini baby dolls wearing nothing but different hats and head gear (not the orthodontic kind, more like cute animal ears or flowers on their heads) have been blowing up and seems like so many gen-Zers are collecting them.

The hours on the door say they close at 8pm, I arrived at 7:30pm. As I walk in the store a lady stops me & says "Sorry we're closed". I proceeded to tell her that it's only 7:30pm & it CLEARLY states on the door that the store closes at 8pm. She looks at me as if I'm crazy or like I can't see & says "I'm sorry my manager says we're closed" mind you I didn't see anyone else aside from her in that little cluttered store. I asked her "If you're closed why aren't the doors locked?" How convenient that she didn't have an answer. I can't say that I won't be returning because I don't shop in little cheap stores like this & with customer service like what I experienced today it's no wonder why.
