Customer service is lacking, didn't feel welcome in the slightest, no assistance offered (not ideal for small boutique shops aside from the fact we are mid pandemic and it's a 4 to 1 staff, customer ratio, guess everyone was busy), so disappointing on that end. On the flip side this is an urban clothing/sneaker store, depending on if you're into this kind of fashion you can find something. I found shoes, requested my size and was given them in a different color than what I asked for, realized that 20 mins from the store, had to come back and exchange. Not the greatest shopping experience. If a person shows you a bagel, please don't bag up a donut:) Face palm to self for not checking my bag before leaving. I also kind of feel like it wasn't a mistake, plenty of stores usually open the box at the register to ensure....ugh whatever, mistakes happen, right?!?!!). When I had to come back 2 new customers were there and the young man said "what's wrong with y'all, we are paying customers, so clearly there's an unpleasant vibe/energy here. A few days later, I noticed I had some marks on my arm and it was very itchy so I went to the urgent care, and they told me to go to the emergency room where they told me that I had bedbugs, and that the bedbugs came from the clothing I was wearing.. We went back to the location to tell them of the situation, and they assure us that they have no bedbugs, but we found out that everything that they sell is donated by people and then resold at a profit so there is no way of them knowing if someone has bedbugs or not so I suggest that you steer clear to this place. The coffee table did have a few scratches on the sides and a round water stain (coasters, people!) in the middle. I brought it home, sanded/stained the top and painted the bottom part white...it looks freaking amazing now! The bench is my next project, just have to find the right fabric then I'm going to spray paint it black. ETG is actually 2 buildings so make sure you visit both. Check out their website too. It's like Christmas everyday at Gifted and it's my go to place when I need a gift...PRONTO! I've observed some obnoxious folks shop at this place and the owner keep her cool!
