Pretty evident to me that this owner is unmotivated and unconcerned about keeping his commitments to his clients. With that said, I am glad the service was not performed as I highly doubt an individual with such poor work ethic would perform a satisfactory job.

I also stated I could have took it to a dealership or a few businesses and they would have done the shampooing job and detail for a lot less. He proceeded to tell me my vehicle is old, had mold & roaches and stains insulting my car as if it was a 97' Toyota in the junk yard. My car is a 2017 and the cleaning work was light, other than the some stains my child did in the back seats. my car is an average car that gets frequent cleanings every 6 months. I feel disrespected, I had reservations and canceled on a 5 star service to do my car and for $200, out of loyalty for going to the same person and him doing a good job, it was not worth it. Like many of you, I scoured the reviews as I don't want just any shop putting their grubby mitts on my Lucien. Safe to say, the reviews brought me in, the customer service (Chris, Thiago, team) is always very pleasant and personable, and the actual work is flawless. I get regular details in addition to the ceramic coating (pictured) to protect Lucien from the damage and destruction of FL sun-rays of death. You NEED TINT and ceramic coating to protect your exterior, interior, and mitigate the heat brewing inside-- Ceramic looking like glass and the water beads off it! My inquiry was sent to 5 other companies and I went with Drip Clean because of their professional, fast response to my inquiry, ability to come to my home and their competitive pricing. They arrived at 9am this morning and are now just finishing up at 1:30pm! They did an incredibly thorough job- more than I could have ever done myself, to help me prepare to cart around my newborn during COVID times. They brought everything they needed to clean my car- just used my external power outlet and water supply (but they have a generator and I think they can even bring the water if needed). They are extremely experienced and just all around nice people. I will go with them again in the future if I need to have a car detailed.

My car and specifically my tires, always comes out shining and squeaky clean. They also have an area for free vacuums for the interior of the car, which is very useful.
