For those of you looking to get your garage floor done. DO NOT USE NEXT LEVEL located in Plainville Ma. Poor workmanship terrible customer service. I don't think they know what they are doing. I think my 20 year old college kid with no experience could have done better . My garage came out with bubbles, popping like bubble wrap, slopy edges peeling like a snake. Over flow on my driveway. They had to come back 3 times to re do it. FYI they also use the name Revamp Yes I received a discount of for the inconvenience of making my 1 day install for 4/3 being done for the 3rd time on 4/18. Not to mention the 2 week disruption it caused to my work as I use the garage for my home business. The original installation date I was closed. They said they will come and fix it but didn't even call me back. They were supposed to come 8/21/26 for repair but due to rain they rescheduled me 8/28 but Our schedule was morning they didn't even call me they are coming or not???! And then on 8/28 literally No SHOW. No call nothing. Highly not recommended this company. read more

When water began pooling on my $4400 garage floor, the company refused to honor the Lifetime Guarantee. Moisture tests were done following long intervals to assure sealing with nearly a year passing to allow the sponging process to take hold. An anonymous customer representative responded to my concern in an unprofessional, curt, and impersonal manner, not only dismissing any company responsibility but also citing misinformation regarding the source of the pooling. read more

Scheduled an estimate, they texted to confirm several times - even an hour before the appointment. Then no call no show. I wouldn't hire someone to do work on my house that can't even show up when they say they will. read more

After having my 3 car garage done by next level concrete I had to have them come back to fix many sharp edges and bubbles. Salesman never followed up to see if we were satisfied and their customer service is terrible. Wasted 2 days waiting for someone to come out as promised and not even a phone call to say they were not coming. I would not recommend calling this company !! read more

Terrible sales person Dave Compagnone. Once we signed the paperwork never heard from him again even after numerous calls to him were not returned. Dave said he would call us 15 days out to confirm also claimed if it was raining they would have to reschedule. Installers showed up on in heavy rain and attempted to install. They never completed the job leaving 2 feet near the driveway not completed. No one called to schedule a date to finish. Several days later we were able to get Dave on the phone and he said that was not his problem that we would have to call the install manager, several calls and voicemails to him were not returned. The floor was uneven, blotchy with clumps of razor sharp flakes sticking out of floor. Multiple calls and voicemails were placed with no response. I went to their office on Commerce blvd in Plainville multiple times, the door was opened and I walked through the entire building twice on 2 different days with no one there. The original date of installation was July 7th left the floor incomplete and an eyesore. A person named Bryson showed up on the 10th of July at 7am with no notice. Bryson looked at the floor and agreed that this was not a quality job and called his boss to have the floor completely redone. On Friday July 17th the same 2 installers showed up to redo the floor, they were very unhappy and mocked my wife after she explained the issues we had with the floor. This company promised quality work completed in ONE DAY. The quality was terrible and the customer service is a disgrace. The floor was not completed for 10 days leaving all my garage equipment in my driveway. No apologies were offered. read more

Had someone come to evaluate my garage floor in early April. Complete inspection and pictures. Said it would be challenging but guaranteed the job and set up for early June installation. Got delayed a couple of weeks. When they finally came out they decided they couldn't do the work. So three months waiting to get this done and nothing gets done. Extremely disappointed. I hired Next Level Concrete Coatings to install a premium, multi-layer polyurea and polyaspartic flake system in my 4 garages. It was sold as a highly durable, 'one-day' coating. Less than 3 weeks after application, and well within normal use, the coating is already bubbling and lifting off the concrete. When tires sit on the floor after being driven, it causes 'hot tire pickup', leaving sticky patches. It is obvious the crew rushed the prep work, as there is no evidence the concrete was diamond-ground to create a mechanical bond. I reached out for warranty support and waiting to hear back. I also must add that my husband had to stay home and lose 2 days of pay to oversee the job because they were not careful and got the product all over my cobblestones. They did not protect this area and had to schedule them to come just to clean and repair a few areas they missed. Now the floor is lifting! In addition it was windy that day so debris filtered in and is now embedded in the flooring. This is supposed to be a top notch company and was very expensive to say the least! I would not recommend! Save your money and avoid their 'one-day' system. They were supposed to come today June 19th and noone has showed up and I cant reach anyone! Worst company! read more
