I drove an hour and a half to see and possibly buy it, but it wouldn't even start. Second hand information from the techs that work there is that it had numerous oil leaks and wouldn't move. Neither the ad nor the rep I was dealing with ever said anything about it being a boat anchor or parts only.

My husband bought a used Kabota tractor here. He has put very little hours on it(4 tops) since…read morepurchasing it. This is the 2nd summer he has used it. This year it's been nothing but problems. He went to talk to them at Anderson and they said the part he was having problems with was not factory and blew him off. So he tried all he knew to try. Ended up calling a mobile repair service with very good recommendations. Come to find out that is a factory part and the guys at Anderson didn't want to help, even though we bought it from them. After looking over the tractor the mobile repairman informed us there was no oil in the tractor. My husband was shocked he was told when he purchased it that it had just been services, it had new oil and filter. So he hadn't checked the oil ,like I said he hadn't ran it enough to worry about it. My husband is very diligent in the care of his equipment, he always takes good care. We were beyond disappointed because Andersons has a good reputation and until now the only place we would go. We don't have a trailer and they said they charge $250 to pick it up and $250 to bring it back plus the repairs. That's outrageous. The mobile repair man, took it with him and will charge $30 take it and $30 to return. This is the first time I have ever made a bad review but this was an awful experience all the way around from a place most people trust for their tractor needs.

Great company and terrific service! We had tried renting from another company in Joplin- waited for months. Finally called and they basically said since we weren't a big business, they didn't care to help, didn't bother calling us. This company cares and will call you and treat you with respect!
