I called again and asked to speak to the manager and unbelievably, She transferred me to someone named Brian. He was dismissive and talked over me. I highly doubt this girl will ever be counseled about her bad behavior. Unbelievable! I've been going to Somo for many years and I will never ever go back in there again. The ladies who checked me out were very knowledgeable and helped a great deal. The guy who loaded the topsoil was even friendly, so this was an overall great experience. The sod I laid has settled and is doing well, after watering it enough, and I plan to use them again for the remaining portions, and this year's landscaping.

They would be balled and burlap and unmanageable for one person to plant. I called Carson's and, indeed, they had the pines in 5 gal. pots that were 5-6 ft tall. They also had the pink dogwoods and agreed to hold the pines for me. Three days later I drove from Lake of the Ozarks to pick them up. From the time I entered the store the experience was fantastic. They knew who I was and a very knowledgeable young many showed me both of the things I was looking for (Luke). I ended up buying two pink dogwoods and seven pines. Luke loaded them in my truck with care. The entire staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Moreover, the selection and vigor of plants that they carry is astounding. I had chatted with Shawn on Saturday and then went to facility Monday morning to purchase. I upgraded from my first choice and they worked with me to make sure they would fit my space. The units were delivered and installed that same afternoon. I have not yet used them but some relatives have the same machines which they really like so I feel sure I will like mine too. They were respectful, informative and easy to work with. I believe I got a good price.
