Rey showed up on time and in roughly 30 minutes, had both of my palms trimmed and had cut all the oleander he was going to remove, cut down to the stump. Unfortunately, his "stumper" was too big to get through my gate into the yard so he went to Home Depot and rented one that we could get back there. At my expense of course. He returned the next day and finished grinding the stumps down in short order. Mind you, I have not been asked for a penny in the way of a deposit thus far.
