Michelle has done my relaxers and maintenance (washes, deep conditioners, trims, etc). This resulted in a painful chemical burn to my scalp and hairline, which is visible in the attached photos. This is a serious failure in professional conduct. ​Horrible Hair Services: The bleaching and color service itself was extremely poor quality. The result is patchy, unevenly lifted hair with noticeable yellow/orange tones, which is unacceptable for a professional salon. ​Price Gouging: I was charged an excessive price for a service that resulted in both a physical injury and a severely unsatisfactory hair color job. ​The combination of an immediate injury from negligence, extremely poor technical skill, and excessive pricing makes this one of the worst and most concerning salon experiences I have ever had.
