We ordered windows and then we ordered the round trim tops in pine for the trim to go around the interior and exterior. exterior was azek, no issues except the circumference was very far off and we had to caulk more than expected. interior tops are fine but when we ordered the vertical trim after the agent from the company ordered oak and the wrong profile which we didn't know until we opened when we were doing the job almost a year later. the profiles do not match. since it took me almost a year to get to that project. they would not would not take the boards back. and after talking to them in auburn they told us to purchase squares to off set. this company employees ordered the parts. they should be held accountable. do not use harvey's in auburn is all i can say. we dealt with them for months and there excuse for not returning phone calls and emails was because they are under staffed. what company would do this to any person never mind a 100% disabled vet who returned home to MA.
