The company knew that i had done this. In June of this year I directly called their office to make sure everything was OK since I no longer owned the property and live in an apartment. I then thoughts it was OK. I have now received request for payment 3 times. I called their office again to state that i have no property to service. They were not willing to work together. The management will not discuss this. I will be notifying the current owner of the dispute and that i will not be paying for the service. They should not allow service unless they are willing to pay. I am seeking that the company will stop trying to bill me for services they cannot render. My only alternative seems to be contacting my attorney.

They use predatory sales tactics including pressure sales. Dan is the most adept at pressuring older people into paying too much for the services. They Intentionally make it difficult for customers to communicate with them and refuse to address any issues caused by their sub contractors. They charge far more than the average snow removal or lawn care company and provide inferior service. Your only chance at getting good service, or even the service you paid for, rests solely on the graciousness of sub contractor assigned to the work. Your agreement will auto renew unless you send a physical letter to their bogus office space in Minneapolis. They appear as "Premier Lawn and Snow" on Angies list. Snow and Lawn Care Services on your service agreement, and Andrews Lawn and Snow on the web. The other locations listed on their website to make them appear as a nationwide company are fictitious. The two Minneapolis addresses are business services (mail forwarding, hourly office space, etc.) to make you appear that your offices are in Minneapolis. They try to hide their actual location. DM me if you need it. You can roll the dice and hope your assigned sub contractor does a good job or look for another company that hires their own crews and takes responsibility, good or bad, for the quality of work that is done. She was in tears and very distraught when she told me about what happened and the auto renewal that she did not expect to hit her bank account. Her lawn and yard is a great example of what your yard will end up looking like if you pay for their services. Guessing all of the complaints about their snow removal are legit. It aligns with my Aunts experience. The probably contracted with a bunch of independent low life contractors who failed to fulfill their obligations and service "Andrews" customers while Mike and the gang spend your money on vacations.

I didn't sign up for the snow removal service, but those guys were always on top of any snow removal for the neighbor. After I signed up, another neighbor signed up with Todd's based on what I had to say and the results they saw. The people who bought the house from me requested to know what service was handling the property and they also chose to stick with Todd's Mow N Plow from what the owner told me before the house closed. There were a couple times I was accidentally a couple weeks behind as a bill would get lost in the shuffle of paperwork while I was traveling. My lawn was never damaged by "weed killer"? The crews working on my house traveled in 2 trucks. I can't see a business owner losing tons of money to send multiple trucks, waste product, and pay employees to commit crimes to damage a non-paying customer's yard. Todd's Mow N Plow was friendly, timely, did a nice job, worked quickly and billed more than reasonably. 2 years after I moved, I'm recommending my mom to use the lawn service. That says it all, doesn't it?
