Amazing service!!! I brought in approximately 50 bags of laundry. Each bag needed to be washed separately so they can be returned to the proper person. Nino is meticulous with labeling and making sure nothing gets mixed. The job was supposed to be next day but he was able to complete fully in 1 day. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. brought 15 lbs of wash n fold only to receive 1 lb back. The owner wouldn't track down where our clothing went. We had to involve the police to get the other 14 lbs of clothing back. He screamed at us, made it our fault, degraded us. It was four days of hell trying to get our clothing back. The police went to the persons home who took our clothes to get them back for us. He did nothing to remedy the situation. He didn't reimburse us for anything. DO NOT GO HERE. The worse. I just left and I don't have my clothes. The manager thinks he's convincing and likable but really is just a sleazy BS artist who lied about when my clothes would be ready and how much. Then he lied about lying. The woman who works there is supremely unhelpful and just plain dumb. Neither cares AT ALL about quality, customer satisfaction, pricing consistency, honesty, integrity. I want to stress that my skirt that needed hemming and a dress needing dry cleaning are still in the shop. I refused to pay their ransom. Terrible, should be shut down. Shocking. Their machines take quarters and dollars but doesn't give back change. So not only did i pay an extra $2.00 but one machine didn't even spin my clothes and the only options the clerk gave were to spend another $6.00 and run the whole cycle again or put it on extra long in the dryer. no refund no apology nothing. Not what I had expected . It was very rundown. I was told which washing machine that was self service. There was one , all others either had signs on them that said out of order or attendants use only. Besides there being just one, it was the size of a regular washer that I actually had at home. I had two rugs that barely fit, and the larger "attendants only" washers were available but not to me. I had a couple of very basic questions and she seemed very bothered by them. read more

Do not use S&S "Friendly" Cleaners! Just had a horrible experience there. Brought in pants for a simple hemming job in late April. When I tried them on for the first time several weeks later for the first day of my summer job, they were too long and touching the ground; somehow, they messed up. Still, I needed the pants for the job, and wore them until the hemming started coming loose. When I brought them back, S&S Friendly Cleaners was not so friendly. The tailor insisted they had not done the hemming; that I must have brought them to another place. Not true. When I sent the tailor a photo of the receipt, as well as a screenshot of my credit card statement showing I had paid them $20 in late April, he said he must have hemmed some other pants of mine. There were no other pants. He added he would not have done such a shoddy job (that it was a shoddy job was the one thing we could agree on). Bottom line, the place not only messed up on the pants (I can forgive mistakes), but the fact that they treated a customer (now a former customer) like a thief is something I cannot tolerate. This place is awful. It's crammed into a tiny little room where half the machines are broken. I walked in with my clothes to use their machines, and could barely see until my eyes adjusted to the darkness. It was filthy and cluttered. There was hardly any room to move around and it was extremely hot. I looked around for about five minutes before running right back out. I didn't want to 'clean' my clothes in a place that dirty. read more

Well they over charge & loose articles of clothing, then refuse to answer the phone after a lie saying I have the wrong phone number. I wont give them a rating at all. Not after being lied to. read more
