We past by S&S and decided to take a peak and see what they had, boy was I surprised at the inventory and just how nice and clean everything was and "Oh yeah!!" The furniture was so updated. I don't give many 5 stars but this company deserves it . From the time we walked in till we left they were nothing but helpful and nice . We bought a bed for our elderly neighbor and they were able to deliver this next day plus they set it up for him . The delivery driver even called said it was all taken care of but the batteries were dead I. The remote and he didn't have extras . Great company and keep it up . read more

We purchased a couch and two rocking recliner chairs. Within a year we had material (leather) issues on couch (small tear) and multiple tears on one rocker (on side of footrest, on inside of each arm). Getting it repaired has been a nightmare. The set has been discontinued which resulted in a lengthy wait to get materials ordered to repair. Also, our repairs were not covered under warranty that we had. We thought we had purchased warranty to take care of needed repairs. Not happy read more

I cannot imagine buying furniture (or a mattress) from anywhere else after shopping here. Every interaction we have had with them has been nothing less than spectacular. There has never been any pressure to buy same day and every employee has taken time to answer all our questions. The staff was so knowledgable about their products and didn't mind walking us through all the options for what we were needing. As of now we have bought a mattress and a sectional couch. Both transactions were simple and easy. The prices for both were fantastic for the quality we received. Will be back to this store every chance I have. read more

We went to this store first and then went to several others to shop for our mattress. We came back, not because we got the best deal or because we found the best mattress at this place (although we did like this mattress the best), but because we wanted to buy from them. They were the least pushy and the nicest about our desire to shop around and didn't try to make us feel guilty for not buying with them first. Everywhere else made us feel that our "deal" was going away if we weren't buying from them. We were most comfortable buying from them. read more
