I strongly advise against using this company. They completely ruined my truck. The roof wasn't sealed properly, the paint job is terrible, and they installed a replacement headliner after burning the original one. The owner lied about the damage, and other employees confirmed the burning. They also broke my block heater, left wires hanging, and unnecessarily replaced the bumper. The truck is covered in overspray and black tar. They charged me for a window switch and rain guards that were never installed, and they reused a damaged headlight. The grill was damaged and poorly repaired, leaving the turn signal out of place. there is so much more, just to much to list. Please avoid this company to save yourself from a terrible experience. read more

My car was hit in the parking lot of Walmart. I searched for body shops in the area and didn't feel confident I would find one that I trusted to do excellent work and be affordable. After calling several shops, when I called for an estimate, I spoke with Justin and I knew then that I found an excellent shop! He was informative, honest, helpful, and professional! He also helped me with my insurance who was not very cooperative. They did an above and beyond excellent work!! They also offer a variety of detailed cleaning which I plan to have done. I was satisfied with the work and the overall experience from beginning to the end was priceless!! They even did a little cleaning in my car which was filthy! I highly recommend them!! read more

Similar to most reviews for S and S. I submitted the vin, photo of the damage and got an estimate. I have called 3 times and they said the manager would call back. Manager never called. I like to use local business but it appears that caliber collision is taking over as they wanted my business. I went to another body shop down the street and my mirror is now fixed. I purchased a gift certificate for a car detailing as a Christmas gift for my son Dec. 2021. I attempted to schedule the detailing several times in early 2022 but it kept getting cancelled because they did not have staff trained for the work. I was patient because I know businesses have faced challenges with staffing. Ultimately in July 2022 I scheduled the work with a different business and requested a refund. I have called and as of 10/10/22 still do not have a refund. Amazed at how poorly they have handled this. read more

I called to see if they could give me an estimate to repair a dent on my Subaru. I was told I didn't have to come in, that I could submit photos and all the information via text, which I did. After I didn't receive a response I called...twice. Each time I was told by the receptionist that she had sent the information to the adjuster, and promised to personally check with them to see why they never contacted me. Just picked my Jeep Grand Cherokee up after getting the mini detail for $115... love it! The inside of my car looks brand new again!!! I was starting to feel uncomfortable in it because I felt like it was starting to look dingy...this mini detail brought it back to life! The exterior of my Jeep looks awesome too, but unfortunately it started to rain, so that look isn't going to last too long! Nonetheless, I'm super happy with the experience! Advice: Book your appointment as soon as you're considering getting your car detailed! They fill up quickly... I had to wait 2 weeks for my detail, but it was worth it! read more

I paid for their full detail ($160). When you have to book an appointment over a month in advance, you expect high quality work. I was very disappointed. I found several spots on the hood and front bumper. The outside mirrors were missed entirely, door jams not done, dust on the wheels, and the instrument gauges had film left on them. The manager came out and tried to clean some of the missed items. I waited to see if he'd offer any type of discount or anything for the poor quality, but he just told me what the bill was. If you need a high quality detail, I do not recommend this place. read more

Highly, highly recommend this place. It's a mom-and-pop place - not too many workers, high demand for work to be done. Prices are competitive with everyone else, but they are just great people. For example, when I got rear-ended by a State Farm chick, the tailpipe to my muffler was bent in half, my bumper was hanging off, and my trunk was messed up. Free estimate (as always), but Kelly (the owner) also got out this pipe of some sort, laid down on the ground and wrenched my car up in the air to straighten out the tailpipe. He said it would help until I could fix it (wherever I chose to do business, I had not committed to S&S). Another time, I took my car in to be detailed and it had a tiny scratch on its back door. While they were detailing the car, they went ahead and painted and waxed the scratched spot, too. They wouldn't even let me pay for it! As a third example, the owner has stayed there early and late a couple times for my family to pick up cars. It's just a quality-run, old-school atmosphere where it's more like everyone is a friend. read more

We brought our 2014 Chevy Traverse this week for a detail. It was NASTY!!! We have taken our young kids on many trips recently and our car was evidence of it...sandy carpets, food and crumbs everywhere, spilled juice, ice cream under the seats, etc. We are SO THRILLED with the job they did! I would not recommend S&S Paint and Body for any detail work. I just paid $175 to have my truck detailed and lack of attention to the detail is unacceptable. They did not treat the tires or the black strip on the bumper of the truck. There is now a film on the windows. The tonnaeu cover has white all over it assuming they failed at removing the wax. I have not even checked the door jams. I contacted them to hear 'sorry' and it's 'qaulity control' was missed and I should accept everyone makes mistakes. When I paid $175 I would have expected the detail to be done since they had the truck for 2 days. They wish to inconvenience me and it's on 'their' terms to me to bring it back to they can go over what they missed. Not wasting my time, I have went here for years, referred people but no more, I will take my business elsewhere. This is not the same place it was 6 months to a year ago. read more
